Beachfront holiday rentals in Votsi

Benny was great at getting in touch and helping with questions before we traveled. On arrival, Benny had told us we would be met at the airport and given guidance on how to get to the property which all went smoothly. The property was in an amazing location, and was generally clean and tidy, with everything working. The property is fairly basic and functional , but we didn’t mind that. Some updates of beach chairs, and a few other tweaks wouldn’t go amiss. Benny’s advice about car hire and restaurants was extremely helpful. Both he and Mike were in touch during our stay to offer help if it was needed. On checking out, we couldn’t locate the bin area so didn’t quite know where to leave the rubbish. We would definitely consider coming back as overall, the balance of location, spec of the property and the price were spot on for our family holiday in late May. The apartment is absolutely lovely—clean, bright, and well-kept, with a comfortable layout that makes it feel like home right away. Everything is in great condition, and the space has a cozy yet modern vibe. The neighborhood is also fantastic—peaceful, safe, and close to everything you need like shops, cafes, restaurants and public transport. It’s a great spot for anyone looking for both comfort and convenience. Victoria is incredibly friendly and welcoming, taking the time to show us around and explain everything in detail. Highly recommended!

Wonderful accommodation. Peace, simplicity, authenticity that take you to older times of Greece that we miss today. It is what anyone needs to eliminate the tension and fatigue of today's age. Thank you for your hospitality. We will definitely be back !

The house is spotless & very well appointed, & the views from both balconies overlooked the bay. It’s a 5 minute walk to the little beach/bay with sun loungers & 2 Tavernas plus a bar. There is a tiny little shop with limited provisions in the port. The main ferry port is a 15 minute walk (lots of steps, so would not be suitable for anyone with mobility problems). There’s a small supermarket 5 minutes walk away. The beautiful old town up on the hill is 20 minutes drive away. Our host Niki, was very friendly & helpful, she kindly booked a taxi to meet us from the ferry port on our arrival & take us to the house & also a rental car & arranged for it to be delivered to the house. We had a wonderful time on the island & it was great to have a car & visit the little beaches & taverna’s around the island. There are boat trips & self drive boats available from the old port too. We would recommend Niki’s house for a holiday, a quiet peaceful place to stay on a beautiful island ☺️

This is a magical place. Private and secluded, with plenty of outside space, and yet just a few steps from a beach, and a short walk to the tavernas and bars of Steni Vala. It is not luxurious, but it is comfortable and welcoming. Spotlessly clean, and well equipped, this is clearly a much loved family home. The location above a beach, in an olive Grove, is beautiful. Peaceful and unspoilt by any noise or light pollution. Arista was always very responsive. We were a group of 5 friends travelling together, and all of us have travelled extensively around Greece. We all agreed that this was one of our favourite holidays, and we would definitely come here again.

We had an amazing time at the peristera view appartment and I can highly recommend staying there. Five stars

We had the most fantastic break at Barbara’s place. We didn’t want to leave. The listing and photos really don’t do justice to it. Sitting on the balcony/ terrace listening to the waves before heading down to swim in the crystal waters of a secluded beach (not private) was a dream. The outside space is well thought through, with a variety of comfortable and sheltered places to relax. The interior of the house is not fancy, but it has everything you need and is so clean. We cooked a lot and it was pretty well equipped. It’s a 20 min drive to Patitiri or there are local tavernas nearby. You definitely need a car.

We had a great time at Konstantina's apartment. The apartment is very nice and we felt very good there. Next to the center of Patitiri on foot, very easy to access and convenient to mop around the island. We will definitely go back and highly recommend it! And we had the joy of discovering a family of turtles moping on the patio, in the company of cats.

Very nice, beautiful and amazing view from Dahlia's terrasse and the balcony. Manlio welcome you nicely and share willingly his secret tips to discover the right places and beaches to discover. Well located near Glossa, it s a pity we didn't have the opportunity to access to a private beach down the secret Sporades residence.

Such a wonderful villa and perfect hosts who couldn’t be more helpful. David and Jacqueline went above and beyond and were genuinely wonderful. We have loved our stay at Villa Causton and would love to come again. We arrived and found the fridge stocked with welcome drinks for all, fresh fruit and tomatoes and the cupboards were well stocked with basic requirements which was such a lovely welcome. We were able to ask for recommendations for everything from restaurants to boat hire, and David even took us to the supermarket so we could stock up. The outdoor space has something for everyone, from the wonderful pool to the outdoor kitchen and chill out areas. The villa has been finished to such a high standard with beautiful furnishings and comfortable beds! Nearby is the beautiful beach, great for snorkelling and boat hire and there are plenty of wonderful restaurants near the villa. All in all, just magical. We didn’t want to leave.

We had a fabulous time in this super accommodation. It is a beautifully positioned property and the Skopelos via all the recommendations from our host was incredible. We hope to return - thank you!

Thanks for having us Machi! You're home is beautiful, from the moment we drove through the gates we felt at home. The kitchen is well stocked, I made fresh orange juice and coffee every morning and enjoyed the view from the terrace. The pool is bigger then we thought it would be, and the bed is super comfy. I hope to be back someday. P.s Read the reviews and hire a car! It is possible to walk, but the hill is very steep and hard especially in the heat. A car is worth it to explore the beauty of Skopelos.

Sophie was just exceptional, her recommendations were perfect and made our stay amazing! We let ourselves go and literally fell in love with this paradise! We'll keep the address carefully for a future return to this fantastic island. Thanks Sophie ❤️

We had a lovely stay the villa was really nice ,and well maintained it was a great location for us , the area is lovely and very easy to catch the bus into Skiathos .Alexandros was very kind and easy to communicate with us . Thanks for having us .

Really lovely villa as previous reviews suggest. Much appreciated local snacks and wine on arrival. Very comfortable beds. The pool is great and is probably 180cm depth throughout so probably not suitable for non swimmers. Villa was cleaned midway through our 1 week stay which was great. Located two mins walk from two excellent restaurants, small shop and pleasant beach where boat hire is available. Agnontas is a great location with easy access to Skopelos town by car or bus and the beaches on the west coast. Overall would strongly recommend and would love to visit again.

just amazing so special for us so relaxing two large patios we ate El fresco every day sunbathed and enjoyed the most amazing views of the sea and islands Kostas and Paraskevi must be justifiably proud of this accomodation highly recommend to any one looking for something very special

Dimitris was a great host! The house is renovated and clean very close to the harbor. We had a flat tire on our way to the island and he immediately sent us the phone numbers of the available garages. Overall we had a very good and pleasant stay.

Rania is a super host , she met up with us on arrival and showed us to the apartment which otherwise would be hard to find as it is tucked away in a lovely quiet location, ideal for us as . Car or motorcycle is considered essential . The apartment has a comfortable bed and everything you need for a week or two. When we asked for extra pillows for the bed they were provided . Cleaning and bed sheets were changed every other day which was excellent service. Upon our request we were allowed a later check - out in the afternoon which made the travel arrangements smooth . I would highly recommend this apartment .

We loved our two nights stay in this accommodation. The accommodation was absolutely perfect for our requirements very clean very convenient and allowed us to make the most of our short stay on Alonnisos. The host was very easy to communicate with and the accommodation had everything that, we needed and was exactly as described. We were met at the port and it’s a very short walk to the accommodation. We would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to use again .

The apartment has the perfect location at the heart of busy Skiathos Town with great views of the harbour. It's just a short walk to any of the restaurants, bars, shops, taxis and bus. We instantly felt at home and loved the simple, greek inspired interior design. The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering. The bathroom is fresh and clean with a great shower! We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

We stayed for 9 nights and enjoyed the peace and beautiful scenery. The apartment has amazing views and had everything we needed for our stay. Panos was friendly and communicated well with us. We walked up to the village for coffee a few times - 20 minutes at brisk pace along the road. And enjoyed a swim after running back down the road. Would recommend getting a small 4WD car for the drive down and for other roads on the Island. We managed in a Micra but did lose a tyre once. A fantastic peaceful apartment with the sea a very short walk along the road - would recommend to active, nature lovers.

Superb beachside accommodation - clean and comfortable with good facilities. Very welcoming and friendly host. Being met at the ferry and taken to the house was very helpful too.

We spend two weeks in this beautiful spot in a quiet and authentic part of the island with views and walking distance to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. We enjoyed sleeping to the sound of the waves at night, going for a swim on foot in the morning and spending time on the balcony in the evening watching the stars. The apartment is clean, comfortable, well equipped, and very close to the other villages and beaches. Mrs. Soula is a great host and a very sweet lady who made sure with had everything we needed. Thank you!!! We will definitely come back to Milia!
