This a small but lovely stone beach house. There is a large patio outside the door, which opens out onto the amazing view beyond the patio. There is a beautiful little pool just off the patio. But for us, the highlight was the beach. Just below the wall of the patio, literally steps away, is a lovely, quiet stretch of pebbled beach. We swam as the sun came up. It was beautiful. The house is on the property with another house, but, although friendly and helpful, the owners did not intrude or bother us in any way. We really enjoyed our time here. We hope we can come back again one day!

Very comfortable, gorgeous apartment near the centre of a gloriously beautiful town. We were really able to relax in this village before the end of our month in Greece. Highlight was the monastery of St John the Baptist, a truely, (and slightly unexpected for me, ) spiritual experience! Afterwards we swam in the cold, utterly clear waters of the nearby river. Highly recommend Theta and Stemnitsa .

Honestly can't speak highly enough of our trip to this beautiful Villa. Met Nikolaos and his partner upon arrival, both very warm and friendly people who ran through the entire villa to ensure we knew how things worked and where everything was. Place was already stocked up on small items like water, fruit jam, bread, butter, fruit etc etc. The place itself is just absolutely stunning, the views you can't get enough of, the furniture and beds are unbelievably comfortable, luxury towels and bathrobes, slippers, Plenty of privacy with the main town just a short walk away. I would without a doubt recommend this villa to anyone looking for that something extra special, i know we personally would come back every year if possible. Kind Regards Ashley & Becky

A big thank you to Kaisareira, Georgios, and Nikos for our wonderful stay at the Wood & Stone Guest House. They are very caring and generous hosts. The apartment was lovely, spotlessly clean, and furnished to a very high standard. The terrace and view were wonderful too, with newly installed outdoor seating which was very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting there in the mornings and evenings and watching the sun rise and set over Kalamata. You do definitely need a car to reach the beach which, while very close, can only be accessed along a busy road with no path for walking. It was an easy drive into Kalamata where there are lots of free car parks within walking distance of the city centre. We really enjoyed our time there and hope to come back! Efharistó!

Everything here is amazing!!! The stone house and its interior design are of the highest design. Here you will find everything you need for a great vacation and more. The views we see from the terrace of the house, the mountains, the sea, are simply breathtaking. The most beautiful sunrise every morning is guaranteed. The host Ilias is super, worthy of 10 stars. Very hospitable, kind, helpful, will answer all your questions. He left us various foods, fruits, wine. The best host we have met in all our travels. If we ever come to the Peloponnese again, we will definitely stay at Ilia's place. Thank you very much Ilias for everything
