Private bay residence smješten je u prekrasnom zaljevu, malo udaljen od ostalih mjesta te gosti mogu uživati u prirodi, miru i tišini, kristalno čistom moru i prekrasnom pogledu. Apartmanska kuća sa 4 apartmana se nalazi u mirnoj uvali Mudri Dolac na Hvaru. Objekt je smješten 100 m od mora.Ima vlastiti parking,internet i mogućnost korištenja roštilja i bazena. Apartman je smješten na prvom katu. Ima jednu spavaću sobu, kupaonu, dnevni boravak sa kuhinjom i blagovaonom i dvije terase. Djeca svih uzrasta su dobrodošla. Preko airbnb se naplacuje naknada za djecu stariju od 2 godine. Za djecu mlađu od dvije godine naknadno će biti poslan zahtjev za uplatu naknade.

Studio mit Weinreben überdachter Terrasse und herrlicher Aussicht auf das Meer. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Im Haus sind nur zwei Mieteinheiten. Es handelt sich um ein Steinhaus, aussen und innen mit authentischen Steinwänden und Holzböden. Hauseigener, kostenloser Parkplatz. Pitve ist ein uraltes Dorf, es gibt keine Straßen im Ort. Apartmenthouse “ROSOHOTNICA" by the sea located within three beautiful coves in a small place Basina, northern side of the Island of Hvar, 3 km from Vrbovska. This area offers a possibility of a real vacation without cars or too many tourists. Apt. have 21 m2, separate entrance, ground floor, covered terrace 20 m2, room with kitchen and toilet, full equipped kitchen, air-condition, SAT-TVs and safe.

Big sand beach is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. You can also swim literally in the front of the apartment, on the small dock. Market is 5 minutes walk, same as the main square.

Es ist ein wunderschönes Steinhaus mitten im Zentrum in der Fußgängerzone. Das Townhouse besteht aus mehreren Suiten, im zweiten Stock ist die SUITE DANISH ART. Jede Suite hat einen eigenen Eingang, es gibt ein gemeinsames Stiegenhaus. Die Privatsphäre ist gewahrt.
