Stone house with terrace, garden and sea view

It is an approx. 300 year old stone house, lovingly restored with thick natural stone walls and wooden floors. The whole house is open floor, i.e. between the floors there are only stairs, no doors. In the garden are orange, lemon, pomegranate and almond tree and another seating area. On the large terrace is a brick barbecue. From the parking lot to the house about 150 m. It is just 300 meters from the town center and 250 meters from the beaches. The villa is ideal for families.
