The house is located just 2 km from the ski resort Vrchlabí, 5 km from the ski resort Herlíkovice, 9km Ski Resort Strážné, 12 km Ski Area Benecko. 16 km from ski resort Špindlerův Mlýn and Montenegro. Just 1.5 km away is a beautiful artificially snowed running area. The nearest supermarket, where you can buy everything you need, is only 350 meters away. Vrchlabí has a newly opened aquacenter (1km). Newly, there is an open modern museum of the Giant Mountains (1km). Behind Nearby there is also the Krkonoše Tree Trail or Zoo Dvůr Králové.
