Stayed for a month with wife and kids. Excellent location. walkable to Woolworths for groceries. Many restaurants and bars nearby for a night out. BBQ grill in the backyard for a night in. Rooms are comfortable. AC heating and cooling work. Looks like the photos. Many kitchen appliances and amenities for cooking include several spices. Lots of options for coffee, instant, drip, press, Nespresso. Regular scheduled cleaning and gardening. Prompt host responses for any issue. Very quiet and narrow street. 2 parking spots. Completely dark at night (use your phone flashlight when walking at night). Strong door and safety features. Close proximity to UCT satellite campus with shuttle to main campus. Excellent for a long-term visitor. will stay again.

I would like to thank Monique for the most fabulous stay we have ever had on air bnb. Monique immediately reached out to us as soon as our booking was confirmed, with information which was very helpful about checking in and surrounding area. The whole beautiful cottage was pristine! It felt like we were home. Nothing was missing! Her attention to detail made our stay so comfortable. All cleaning detergents, laundry detergents, bath soaps were provided. The kitchen was stocked with salt and pepper, olive oil, grape seed oil, coffee pods, tea, sugars etc. we found all this very helpful and did not have to stock up on such items. The outdoor areas were clean and beautifully set out with incredible security. The decor inside and outside the cottage had such a comfortable & homey feel to it. Easy walk to Gardens shopping Center and surrounding restaurants! We will definitely be staying with Monique again on our next visit to Cape Town. Thank you Monique for making our stay Perfect.

This home is just that, a rustic home away from home. With facilities every house should have. The added whistling kettle was the cherry on top each day when I needed a cup of tea. One image needs updating as it shows an old fridge when there’s a massive chic fridge. The lounge fireplace has a way of warming the whole lounge area making it cozy. The reading nook is just the most beautiful cutest space there is in the longing area. It is near a small business centre with Woolies, Clicks and Pick n Pay. And a short takeout delivery time for most takeout places (nuri sushi is a must). This property exceeded my expectations and Mikhaela was very helpful and responded in short turnaround times and was always ready to help. I would definitely stay there again.

We could not ask for a more cozy stay in Cape Town during Autumn. This is the second time we've stayed here, this time for a month and the morning panoramic view and sunlight filling the house each day were enough but the endlessly supplied wood for a small price kept the house cozy all through May. My daughter commented on how nice the air is and so did a few of my guests. It is just so pure up at the foot of the mountain and we enjoyed all that nature had to offer at our doorstep as the mountain and forrest trails are a few steps off the front door. Every space in the house is just perfect. Loved the fact that the "TV room" was totally separate and almost sound proofed from the rest of house. But the Main attraction for me was the kitchen. I loved cooking in there with my family and having the open space flowing into living areas. Truly inspiring for design and functionality. The housekeeper, Ephrahim was also, so helpful and had a smile on his face whenever I saw him.

JC’s place is exactly like the pictures and has all the amenities as described. The place is very homely and JC was quick to respond to any queries we had.

Ursula's place is amazing! Not only is it spotlessly clean, modern, and beautifully decorated, it is incredible value for money. The views are equally impressive and the building is very quiet. The apartment has everything one needs and Ursula and team are very responsive and communicate proactively. This spot will definitely be our go to stay in the city bowl. An excellent stay!

Modern and clean apartment with a beautiful view over Cape Town. Zita was a very friendly and helpful host, and has also given us some recommendations for local restaurants which we really enjoyed.

Incredible stay! Themba was extremely helpful and flexible, letting us have early check in after a long flight with no hassle. The place has breathtaking views, feels very homely and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Will definitely be recommending it to family and friends. There are some nice trail walks on Devils Peak and it is close to Deer Park Cafe which we would recommend.

The apartment is beautifully and stylishly furnished. We immediately felt at home. You'll find everything you need in the apartment. Contact with Michael and Alistar was always quick and uncomplicated. We highly recommend it.

The Cottage, what a totally gem! I had an incredible stay at Johke’s, she’s mindful, to make sure her guests feel at home, welcome and appreciated. She is transparent (which I love), responsive and it was a pleasure getting to learn a bit about her. She’s compassionate and all around Superstar of a hostess! I must add, I was extremely impressed that Johke went above & beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and I felt appreciated that she would check-in and ask if I needed anything. I had everything I needed: privacy, a quiet place to unwind. The kitchen was a perfect size to cook, and the luxury of having a good sized bathtub was a lovely treat after traveling, perfect to unwind and for self-care time, too. I travel yearly to Cape Town and hands down, my stay at Johke’s was an awesome! The location is ideal has amazing up-close views of Table Mountain. I felt comfortable, safe and the area is so easy to get around by foot. Do yourself a favor, and book The Cottage with Johke!!!

Perfect spot in the heart of Seapoint. Walking distance to lots of cafes and restaurants and the awesome waterfront walk. The apartment was clean and well thought out. It had everything I needed. Plus as a female travelling alone I felt very safe in the space and the building. Highly recommend.

The host was very friendly and understanding, he made sure I was comfortable. He was always available for my questions on the app. My stay was short but I will definitely book again.

The Lookout was awesome! It's really walkable to great restaurants and shops, the whole neighborhood is fun and vibrant, but didn't feel too touristy. The apartment was clean and beautiful, the views are amazing! it is on a busy street, so there is traffic noise, but that didn't bother us at all. I highly recommend this place to anyone coming to Cape Town. Plus Matt was super friendly and responsive, meeting us there despite our late arrival and giving us tons of great recommendations.

The response time was quick , the hot water needs to be fixed , but that was a minor issue

Stayed at Leo’s place for 4 nights. Timon was assisting us throughout. Very helpful. Always replied to our any questions at any time. We weren’t able to operate the heater, so he came down specially to show us and made a video also got an extra electric heater if we still can’t operate the manual one. Loved the place. It’s just perfect for 2 people and has everything you need for a comfortable stay with gorgeous views and near to all the restaurants and supermarkets We had a great time :)

This is a really well located and thoughtfully designed apartment. The kitchen is really well equipped and we appreciated the exercise equipment. Christelle and Mieta were also super helpful and accommodating when we ran into issues. Would definitely recommend.

Place was absolutely worth it! Brandon and Mariska went over and above to help us out with what ever we needed! I would 100% recommend it! The views are great, place is super clean and safe!

A Gem in the Heart of Newlands ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a truly lovely one-night stay at this charming Newlands cottage. Wynand, the host, was absolutely delightful – warm, accommodating, and went the extra mile by allowing us a slightly later check-out, which was much appreciated. The room was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and filled with thoughtful extras – granola, yoghurt, rusks, and a great coffee machine. These small touches made our stay feel extra welcoming and comfortable. The location couldn’t be better – just two minutes from Newlands Village with its quaint shops and eateries, and directly opposite SACS High School. It’s also a quick two-minute drive to the ever-popular Forries pub and restaurant, and access to the property was easy and secure, with safe parking inside. A great little spot for anyone visiting the area – we’ll definitely be back!

Had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, and check-in was smooth. Anna is very responsive. Definitely recommend and would stay again!
