Our Blue Flag TEKKE beach is a 1-minute walk away. Your #separate entrance# 1+0 room, located on the garden floor of the villa where we live, is 40 square meters. Your room has a private kitchen and bathroom. Since we only rent out the room on the garden floor of the villa, there will be no other guests besides you, and you have exclusive use of the garden. There are restaurants, entertainment centers, and the marina within walking distance of our house. Alaçatı is a 15-minute drive away. Your room can accommodate a maximum of 2 people. We have free parking.

A modern newly built maisonette at Chios windmills ready to host you! You can access the beach and the windmills which is one of the landmarks of Chios island. You have access to 3 bedrooms (2p per room), 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. It can host up to 8 guests with 2 queen size beds, 1 bunk bed and a queen size sofa bed. Baby cribs & baby equipment are available upon request. In walking distance you can find cafeteria, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy & hospital.

It accommodates up to 2 people, ideal for couples and for long stays as it is equipped with all the necessary facilities. A private veranda of 70m2 surrounds the house and offers relaxing moments and magnificent sea and mountain view.

Close enough to the port of chios that transportation is not needed. The city has created a new public park next to my home. Casa di Mare is a ground floor, detached house on a two-story building, at an altitude of 30m from the sea, on the seafront promenade of Vrontados, in Chios. It is located in an area with a lot of greenery in the neighboring forest and wonderful views of the sea and the coast of Asia Minor. Opposite lies the square of the Unknown Sailor with the homonymous statue in the sea.
