Wonderful, quiet modern apartment that is perfect for a weekend getaway or a longer stay. Everything is very clean and tidy, and the furnishings are beautiful in natural colors. The location is within a 10-minute drive of a major highway, 20-minute drive to either Eindhoven or Tilburg. Shops, restaurants, and a beautiful nature park are all within walking distance. I really enjoyed my stay, and the communication with the host was great. Highly recommended!

The room was well located, walking distance to the centre. restaurants and supermarket just around the corner and 2 mins walk. Bas was kind enough to help us with the laundry. unfortunately we arrived on a awfully cold day and the electric heater was not big enough. the duvet and blankets where warm though. the bathroom though private is not attached to the room. I would recommend the place for 2 people. Thank you monique and Bas

Amazing stay, well worth the money paid. It was cold due to the time of year but host accommodated my needs. I had some issues come up and host always seemed to be right there to fix them.

My colleague had a very pleasant accommodation .The house was great , clean and comfortable .Most important the host was kind and very helpful .I would gladly visit again this house , i totally recommend it .

Our stay at Merel was completely fine! The room was clean, Merel responded quickly to messages and received us very warmly. Highly recommended!

The house is comfortable, cozy. Everything is well arranged , the decoration is nice and the Christmas tree is perfect! This is the starting point for a trip to the beautiful Efteling Amusement Park.

We thought it was a very nice accommodation that has all the comforts to cook for yourself, for example. And the multiple bathrooms is also ideal (we were 7 girls). A super nice area, waking up to a great view. We also did the wine tasting with tour, this was interesting and super fun! We had a fantastic stay.

Good for an overnight stay. Everything went well. Advice for the owner of 4 ladies: hang up a mirror somewhere in the house except the bathroom. 😀

We had a great stay: the accommodation was clean, functional, pet-friendly and offers many activities for children in the neighborhood. It is also ideally located for a trip to Efteling and Kim is very flexible for check-in. Perfect!

We stayed three nights with Veronique. Everything was nice and clean, colourful and super friendly and calm. We shared breakfast and dinner together and talked nicely. The bed was very comfortable and we slept really well. Veronique is super friendly and accommodating. She made sure we had everything we could ever need. Overall our stay was extremely nice. If we visit the city again, we will book a room with her again and strongly encourage you to do so as well :)

Lonneke is a great hostess. She is always available and quick to answer our questions and give us some tips about Eindhoven. The apartment is comfortable and very close to the center, we were four people and it is ideal for us

I was travelling with my Mum (83) who has difficulty walking and our choice of Lukas' appartement was just perfect since it is easily accessable (no steps/ lift). the appartement was just as described, the "old city" is within walking distance and the train station is not far either. The kitchen is well equipped and Lukas was very attentive: we arrived in the evening and were welcome with next days' breakfast in the fridge (thanks again! ). The Boxspring bed is very comfi (and the appartement complex was really quiet ), the walk in shower with a choice of rainshower or "normal"... Communication was easy and Lukas always answered astonishingly quickly, check-in and -out as easy. All in all- a lot of good reasons to come back !

A great place with amazing hosts who also run the delicious restaurant below. The place really feels like home and is well equipped for the great stay. The location could not be better: everything you need within walking distance. I stay in Breda once or twice a year and definitely will come back!

Nunung is a great host. She helped with all our questions promptly and also checked in in the middle of stay of everything was going ok. The place was clean, easily accessible by public transport, well equipped and there were nice areas to walk around. The cats were friendly! I'd recommend this place.
