On the southern outskirts of Höfen lies the cozy country house. From the bright apartment, newly furnished a few years ago, you have a fantastic, completely unobstructed view of the mountains. You can have a good vacation here with 4 people (including 2 children). The most comfortable place in the apartment is the sitting and dining area in the south-facing bay window. You feel like you are sitting in the middle of nature. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, 4 ceramic hobs, stove, toaster, etc.

Vacation home on the Isar

Apartment in Bad Tölz with direct Isar location. The city center is 5 minutes walking distance via the Isar promenade. Shopping such as baker, butcher and supermarket are also within walking distance. The rooms are located on the 2nd floor. The first room is the fully equipped kitchen-living room with dishwasher and TV and access to the balcony. The second and third rooms are both double rooms with shower and toilet. It is not a self-contained apartment but all rooms are individually lockable.

Gemütliche Erdgeschosswohnung im ältesten Stadtteil von Bad Tölz, Nähe Schlossplatz und Marktstraße. Das Haus ist 250 Jahre alt und liebevoll saniert. Auf 35qm befinden sich ein kleines SZ mit Stapelbett (wahlweise 90 x 200 oder 2 x 90 x 200 wobei im zweiten Fall eine niedrige Bettentiefe und ein beengten Raum zu bedenken ist). Küche mit Spülmaschine und Essecke, ein BZ und ein separates WC. Privater Eingang über Terrasse (13qm). Fragen zu Stadt und Umgebung immer gerne.

In the middle of a meadow with orchards, our vacation home is in a secluded location. The old part from the 16th century was formerly used as a granary. The large terrace is for the exclusive use of our guests. Garden furniture, deck chairs and a grill are provided.
