Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Wadden Sea

Had a nice stay. Second time we stayed in a cottage of Herman. Certainly subject to repetition. Neat and nice place. Fortunately, there were photos to help us find the entrance to the forest path. Herman responds quickly and resolves it immediately. Very nice.

We immediately felt at home in this great accommodation! Mia made it easy for us with her hospitality to feel right at home right away. The accommodation is a gem, the garden a dream! For us as a family with a small child (4 years), a perfect place to relax, start excursions and just breathe! You can feel the love for detail in every corner!

Beautiful and nice accommodation if you are looking for peace and nature. Friendly host who is quick to respond and happy to help. I really enjoyed the accommodation and would definitely recommend it. Anything you need is present. The bed is nice, the shower works well and the space is large enough for at least 2 people with a nice outdoor space.

We stayed here for six days and it was everything we hoped for and more. The house was exactly as described, but what made it special was the peace that came with it. Looking out into the garden each morning, with nothing but quiet around us, gave us a calm we didn’t know we needed. The place was spotless, and the sauna became our favorite way to end the day, warm, relaxing, and just what you want after exploring the island. What really stood out though was our host. When our car broke down, she went above and beyond to help us with advice and answered every message so quickly. It meant a lot to feel that kind of care. This wasn’t just a place to stay it felt like a true escape. We left feeling rested, grateful, and already dreaming about coming back.

The most perfect little house in Maarssen! Located about 20 minutes via bus/train from Utrecht and 30 minutes from Amsterdam, this gorgeous abode was a piece of heaven after a day of exploring! Upon arrival I was greeted by a few friendly chickens wandering the property and Ewoud, who made me feel right at home with not only great recommendations for Maarssen but helpful incite for bus information/apps and bike rentals. The house itself is so picture perfect cute! Comfy beds, relaxing bathtub, washer/dryer and a lovely outdoor space fitted with patio furniture. Keep in mind the stairs inside are rather steep and spiraling - but I found that it only added to its charm and felt like the bougie treehouse of my childhood dreams (lol). Got a chance to chat with Catelijne and Ewoud a bit on the eve of my departure and they are such wonderful hosts - would 100% recommend and would love to return!

Ruben's sweet ground Level Flat was perfectly Situated for our 2 night stay in Amsterdam. Located literally around the corner from the Rijksmuseum and the major tram stops it was so easy to get around. The space is clean and bright. We really appreciated the quiet backyard Patio after a day of exploring Amsterdam. We would stay again.

Everything is great, nice cozy accommodation. Very rustic and close to nature, a beautiful wooden cottage. Thanks to Astrid for the nice stay.

Lovely host and lovely place! If you want to visit Giethoorn stay here. The place is very cosy and sourroundings are calm and beautiful. You can rent a boat just down the road and experience the quieter parts of Giethoorn. Els was very kind and helpful. Thanks for having us :)

It was just great! One of the most beautiful accommodations we have visited so far. With so much attention to detail, Janet and Auke have created a feel-good oasis that leaves nothing to be desired. A wonderful place to relax, recharge your batteries and enjoy both the beautiful home and the surroundings to the fullest. Very clean accommodation. Everything to our complete satisfaction. Heidi and Uwe are very nice and always quick to reach if you have any questions. The location for us was very good. We felt very comfortable at Ympkje. The apartment was as shown in the pictures and very nicely decorated. As a welcome greeting, there was even cake and fresh flowers. The location was very quiet, easy to find and only 10 minutes from the sea. Ympkje was very helpful and always easy to reach. The apartment has everything you need for a stay. The only drawback is that the bedroom is not separated from the rest of the apartment by a door. We were there with our little son, can highly recommend the accommodation and would travel there again at any time.

A beautiful, modern accommodation that is beautifully furnished and had everything and more to offer than we wanted for a relaxing weekend. The highlight here is the breakfast, which is prepared with so much love. The organization and communication was simply great, so that we immediately felt comfortable with our hostess Jitske. Great books available, inspiring. And the choice of music is also interesting and original. The house has everything you need, well maintained, but not superfluous or confusingly large. Atmospherically decorated, candles and beautiful light. It is as neat as if it were a private household. We are fans of the island cottage!

Very clean and charming apartment. This accommodation is furnished with a lot of love down to the smallest detail and offers everything you need for a vacation. The hosts are incredibly kind and accommodating and provide their guests with lots of helpful tips about the area. A special highlight for me was also the "beach bar" - a small hut, which, also with great attention to detail, offers a fantastic view of the fields and the dike and invites you to relax. The North Sea is just a stone's throw away. From there, you can go on a mudflat hike, take the ferry to Pellworm, or book a carriage ride to Hallig. Husum is also not far away. All in all, a very nice little break from the hustle and bustle of the city. I'd love to come back 😊

A warm welcome to an idyllic spot in Workum. I was with my daughter of almost 7. Baukje had even bought nice things for her! Close to everything, such as the sea, shops and restaurants. We had bicycles with us but it was also fine to do on foot. Boating is also fun, if you can do it a little. Diederick and son saved us 😅 We had a very successful weekend and certainly worth repeating. Thank you!

Lovely place to stay. House as described, very cute and cosy. Very close to bus stop where from you can easily reach Amsterdam city centre. Very good contact with host.

Our stay at Monica and Pasqual’s was excellent. The home is exactly what is depicted in the photos. Monica and Pasqual’s communication with us was excellent and when we asked about our bicycles they provided us with a solid lock so we could safely leave them in the front yard. The huge bedroom windows overlook an intersection and I loved sitting in bed with the morning sun streaming in, enjoying my early morning coffee while watching the local people go about life. The location was perfect for us to walk from the train/bus station or cycle to family and friends.

We had a very nice stay. The apartment leaves nothing to be desired! The beach is within walking distance and the beach chair was great. Communication was fast and reliable. We would book again and again :)

Perfectly located apartment from which you can enjoy a fantastic sunset in the evening. The beach bars are in the immediate vicinity. The center is about 15 minutes on foot. A plus point is the parking space belonging to the apartment and located on the property. We can definitely recommend the stylishly furnished beach house.

This place was wonderful! It was just as described. We enjoyed listening to the birds (wild parakeets and others) as we sat on the balcony in the mornings. The stairs are steep and narrow but that is just part of being in Amsterdam. One thing to note, there are 2 showers, 2 sinks, but only 1 toilet. It didn’t cause any problem for me, but those staying in the first floor bedroom will have to climb up stairs in the middle of the night. Overall, I highly recommend!

Had a great stay! Great location within walking distance of central Groningen. Very clean and cosy. Loved the little patio. We hope we can come back soon.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Mel & Henri’s place! From the moment we arrived, they were so warm and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and full of charm—it truly felt like a home away from home. Every little detail was thoughtfully arranged, and their hospitality made all the difference. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
