We were already at Hans-Peter's for the second time. Everything was great again!

Super nice and clean Airbnb. Great location in Stuttgart for a number of companies. My children and I felt very comfortable in the apartment. The contact and communication was also totally uncomplicated and everything was described exactly, so that there were no problems. We already know where we will stay if we go back to Stuttgart. Five stars really aren’tenough there should be more stars for this stay the apartment is amazing. olga and her family make it a home. Olga is the kindest host I’ve ever had we spent the Christmas and New year holidays here and it could not have been better she was so helpful with information and welcomed us with complete care. A beautiful jewel in the west of Stuttgart. Quietly located and a great terrace to relax. I felt very comfortable right away.

I lived in Stuttgart for 30 years and I didn't know the Birkenäcker district. This was created in the years 1965-75, it is very quiet, but not particularly easy to reach by public transport. It would be easier by car, except for the full parking lots. I had my bike with me and was in the city center in 18 minutes. The house is an apartment building, built around 1975, the apartment is located in the attic. A private entrance door, small hall, bathroom with simple shower and toilet, small kitchen with refrigerator, stove and microwave. The basic spices and oil/vinegar are available. The living room with two separate single beds is spacious, large window front to the roof terrace. In the warm season it can get very warm up there, a fan is available, the TV is larger than the one I have at home. The landlord, Heinz, is very friendly, although Heinz is no longer particularly good on foot, he showed me the house

Great apartment with everything you need! Also very suitable for longer stays (washing machine, iron & ironing board etc). Host Patrick is extremely friendly, accommodating and helpful at all times. Glad to come back!

In addition, your detailed explanations with photos for check-in were very helpful. We had already installed the Nuki app on our phones and were able to save each other's codes without any problems by photographing them (copying or printing them is also possible, of course). So one could read aloud while the other typed. With patience and step-by-step instructions, everything was self-explanatory. We had a code for the main entrance door downstairs and another for the white apartment door on the 2nd floor. The access worked perfectly, just pull out your cell phone, hold it to the door and swipe/press. Open or lock. Bluetooth was always on, and there was WiFi in the apartment. A small tip: Always make sure to take your mobile phone with you, of course, and to have enough battery in the mobile phone or a power bank. With gratitude, Family Knoll

A wonderful and well maintained place in a new house that is extremely well equipped. Stephan was very flexible with an earlier check in and provided assistance whenever needed. We'll be happy to come back any time!

Everything was as described and can be seen in the photos. Very quiet location. We went hiking with our dog in the area, which is very beautiful. The apartment and the small garden were perfect for a nice holiday with a dog.

beautiful apartment for a short stay if you don't want/have to be in the middle of the city, but still with good connection. except for 2-3 little things everything was in the best order and Ulrike always responded and offered her help:)
