This spacious 3 bedroom home is centrally located. Just 1km from Madhills farm, and 1.2km from Kohimarama Beach and just 500m from the new cycle /walkway to the city. Or catch the bus 100m down the road and you'll be in downtown Auckland in 20-30min. Bedroom 1 has queen bed and ensuite. Room 2 has double bed and Room 3 has a single bed (with another mattress if needed). There is 2.5 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and spacious outdoor area with charcoal BBQ.
