Unit A5, Waitaki Lakes Apartments is a one bedroom fully serviced apartment in idyllic surroundings on the edge of the Otematata Golf Course with the Alps2Ocean cycle trail, walking trails and wetland areas nearby. The apartment has been refurbished with a new kitchenette & bathroom, double glazing and interior upgrade. Please note that I am not on site but please message anytime if you have any queries or need anything. This is our holiday home so please be mindful of this.

Kurow Cottage

Welcome to our little house in Kurow, situated right on the Alps to Ocean Cycle track. It is north facing so catches the morning sun really nicely, we have set it up to make your stay as comfortable as possible. It has a private courtyard area to relax in at any time of the day, also a lovely big back yard which is fully fenced and great for the kids to play while you have a relaxing time. There is also a covered area just off the kitchen , great in all weather.

Kingfisher Cabin

Thoughtful, modern design makes Kingfisher Cabin a unique experience. We have created a private, luxury small home that gives you the space you need to comfortably remove yourself from the rush of every day life. Kingfisher Cabin is located just 10 minutes from Timaru and two hours from Christchurch and Dunedin. The cabin is set on farmland with a spectacular view of the ocean. The newly built cabin is exquisitely styled, with a restful and calming vibe.

Claremont Cottage, Timaru

A cute cosy cottage on a 20 acre lifestyle block, 6km from the edge of Timaru. The cottage is located 50m from our home. There is a lovely outlook to both the sea and mountains. The cottage is fully self contained with a bedroom, seperate sitting room with sofa and open kitchen dining, TV space. There is a playground and tennis court 100m up the road. You are welcome to join in with any farm chores when we are home.

Tae Cottage, Saint Andrews

We are situated mid way between Christchurch and Dunedin; central to South Island action incl. snow and water skiing, tramping tracks, Maori Stone Art, beach surf fishing , swimming at Caroline Bay, rivers and lakes. We are only 18kms south of Timaru which features world class sporting venues and a complete range of shopping experiences! Access to the local beach is only 2.5kms up the road.

Peace and Quiet in rural setting

We offer quiet rural setting with view of the surrounding hills and overlooking our lifestyle farm. We do farm sheep and have chickens in the orchard, so may hear rural chatter along with bird song. Included in the booking is a substantial continental breakfast to send you on your way exploring the spectacular Waitaki area.

Self contained open plan down stairs unit with a lovely lounge, dining area and kitchenette. Bedroom with queen size bed. Lovely shower and seperate toilet not ensuite. Smart TVs with netflix, Disney but no sky sport. Ultra fast wi-fi. Not suitable for infants and kids under 12.

Waimate House

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Relax on the patio or in the pool (unheated). Plenty of room to chill out on the outskirts of town, just a three minute drive to the shops. Listing is for whole house and grounds.(please note, no WiFi)

Secluded Studio

This is a tidy, spacious studio with a queen bed and an extra fold-down sofa bed if required. You will enjoy the large sunny deck with separate dining and relaxing areas set amongst lush greenery.
