NB there are steps down to the accomodation, so heavy bags are not ideal

Just a 5-minute walk to Wainui Beach and a short 5-minute drive to downtown Gisborne, you’ll have easy access to both Gissy’s most scenic beach and the city center. We have basic bikes available to use - perfect for a leisurely ride around the area. Whether you’re here for a relaxing beach break, a work trip, or a surf session, our cozy tiny house is the perfect base for your stay.

Private Self Contained Studio - Centrally Located!

Our self contained Studio is located behind our Art Deco home, with your own parking bay. Located close to the " viaduct basin " of Gisborne - Restaurants, Kaiti Hill, Museum, Cycleway, Beaches and a short 10 minute walk to the river and Gisborne CBD. Our Studio is private and centrally located - a great place to explore all our region has to offer, easily. The studio is perfect for couples, solo travellers and business travellers. It is great to get so many positive reviews for our Studio.

The Manor Guest House

The Manor Guest House is compact, cosy, comfortable and very quiet. Tucked away from the road in a park like setting it is very peaceful. The bed is comfortable with cotton sheet and warm duvet as well as an electric blanket for the colder nights. The Kitchen is equipped with a bench top oven, cooktop, fridge and coffee maker. You have your own private garden which is bathed in sun for most of the day. Roughly 5minutes drive to town, town beach and about the same to the coastal beaches.

Wheatstone Studio

Our modern, architecturally designed detached studio is the perfect accommodation for couples or individuals looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Situated on a hectare block with a relaxing rural outlook our house is walking distance (1500m) to Wainui Beach and a short (5 min) drive to Gisborne city. The perfect location! Our studio mixes a luxurious but informal bach aesthetic it’s the ideal place to unwind, relax and enjoy Gisborne. BBQ and surfboard available on request.

Magnolia Cottage

Enjoy the quiet area. Listen to all the native birds, swim in the pool, take a walk in our lovely area, or simply relax in the spacious cottage with a drink. Inside, go up the spiral stairs to the cozy mezzanine bedroom (please note that it's low up there). The unique stairs are from the old star observatory on Titirangi (the local maunga/mountain)! The sofa bed in the lounge can sleep 2. There is no kitchen, but there is a kitchenette with microwave, toaster and kettle.
