Our B & B is located on our 940 hectare family farm which we run sheep and beef cattle on. The farm is situated over 400m above sea level so has panoramic country views. We have 87 acres of hillside you are welcome to explore. Right on the main road, but peaceful and private, we are only 30 minutes' drive from Dunedin city centre, and 10 minutes from delightful beaches, friendly villages, and a bird sanctuary.

Another wonderful stay here, love coming back always feel like im camping (well glamping) Cosy, warm and has everything you need, the breakfast options are always a delightful treat :) Excellent shower and comfty bed. Everything is there for you to heat up a meal, no cooking amenities (pans/pots) but theres enough to heat or toast, otherwise the local takeaways are delish too. Whether your staying for a short time or a long time this place will leave you captivated ! !

Excellent place to stay, plenty of room for the family and our children appreciated the toys/books that were available. Rooms were very warm for time of year which made it a comfortable place to stay. Nice to have a bbq available and everything is well stocked. Would stay again.

Great wee crib, just perfect for a small family. Fire kept us nice and warm. The house is just around the corner from the start of the mountain bike park and a very short walk into town. Anneliese was a perfect host and communicated really well. Thank you! We would love to stay again some time.
