This is a single-family kominka (traditional Japanese house) for rent, lovingly renovated by owner JP, a true DIY enthusiast, who envisioned his ideal lifestyle while bringing new life to this 150-year-old property. The inn is located in a quiet hamlet called Kobusa, nestled among the mountains in Misasaki, Okayama Prefecture. Right nearby is Nishi-Awakura Village, which is gaining attention as a village focused on regional revitalization and attracting new residents, and which offers a scenic, nature-rich satoyama landscape.
