The home is located in historic Hayes Barton, close to downtown Raleigh and Glenwood South district. Hayes Barton is a safe, shady historic neighborhood with cafes, restaurants and breweries within walking distance. Cook delicious meals in a real kitchen with full size fridge, stove, & microwave (coffeemaker & toaster too). Sleep well on the adjustable memory foam queen bed. Relax on the sofa and enjoy various streaming services. Get some work done at the desk with the included wifi. Have a friend stay on the queen sleeper sofa. This is our home. You may see or hear our family & dogs around the property.

This fully-furnished one-bedroom "garage apartment" is attached to our main home, but you will have your own private entrance! You can expect this to be your home-away-from-home with all the practicalities and necessities taken care of. No stairs are required to the ground-floor entrance except for two little ones in front of the door. Popular for shorter stays, but more than suitable for longer stays, with ample storage, a combo W/D, compact D/W, and dedicated HVAC system. Amazing location!

This is a 1-room studio near downtown Raleigh, close to many good eateries. We are set-up as a 2-nite short term business model, however if you would like to stay longer, we would charge an additional $50 per nite on top of the stated nightly fee. So if you booked 5 nites, we would be adding $50 a nite, or $150 for those extra 3-nites. We will however provide a clean-up and fresh towels for you if you'd like. We can work this extra fee out at time of your booking or when arrival with Airbnb.
