The villa is adjacent to Beach Resort holiday park, which is located directly on the Eastern Scheldt and 800 meters from the beach. It is flanked by the National Park De Oosterschelde. Enjoy sun, sea, beach and clean air. The villa overlooks the marina and the Eastern Scheldt. For the water lover, a nice park where you can enjoy the water. There is a children's playground and a wave pool in the park. Within walking distance are the other facilities, restaurants, bowling, etc.

In the attic there are two single beds that can be easily pushed together on the carpet if necessary. The house has a terrace and garden, which is equipped with sun loungers, barbecue, table, parasol and garden chairs.
