Quiet guest apartment in our house at Horbachpark in a very quiet, central location. The old town is only 300 meters away, the Ettlingen city train station and supermarket 250 meters, A5 4 km. We live on the lower two floors. The apartment has a great view of the Black Forest. It is very suitable for 2-5 people. Max. 6 adults and 2 children by arrangement. The apartment is fully furnished (upcycling). Our house is "relatively" CO2 neutral (photovoltaic and heat pump). Waipu TV stick.

Modern furnishings, bright rooms, an open layout, and 92 square meters of space. It sleeps 1-6 people. You can relax comfortably on a small balcony. Access is via a separate staircase. Our cozy vintage apartment is bright, quiet and very centrally located. It is a non-smoking apartment of about 30 m² and partially exposed sandstone walls. From April to September, we offer an outdoor seating area on the south side. Shopping and tram (5 min.) are within walking distance; ideal connection to the highway (Karlsbad). A good starting point for excursions to the countryside (Northern Black Forest) and nearby cities (e.g. Karlsruhe, Ettlingen, Pforzheim).

It is located in a partly historic building, which during the shelling by the French in the 2nd World War II, the surrounding neighbors were granted protection in its vaulted cellar. IMPORTANT NOTE: The price for a child under 2 years is 10.00 euros and has to be paid upon arrival.
