It is equipped on the ground floor with a small kitchen (and all the necessary equipment), a sofa bed for 2 people and a television. On the first floor there is a bedroom for 2 persons and a shower room. A €25 bed linen supplement is charged for 2 people wishing to use the sofa bed. The accommodation can accommodate 2 to 4 people. The studio is close to Louvain-la-Neuve, Brussels, Namur and all tourist sites of Belgium.

The house is located in a quiet street both next to the fields and shops.
