The south-facing apartment offers a great view of the Alpine world of Karwendel and Wetterstein. It has been recently renovated and furnished. There are sleeping accommodations for up to 4 people - but it is ideal for 2-3 people. The apartment has almost 40 m² of very clean living space: dining-living room (with spacious, fully equipped kitchenette), bedroom (with wide double bed and new mattresses), private bathroom with natural light, south-facing balcony, private parking.

We rent a cozy apartment on the ground floor with separate entrance. The studio consists of kitchen and living-bedroom with extra bathroom. You will particularly appreciate the spacious south terrace with access to the garden.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind.
