This is a newly decorated area that can be accessed privately, situated on outskirts of London, close to Sutton and Carshalton Beeches main line stations. These provide quick access to London. Gatwick and Heathrow are easily accessible. The Royal Marsden Hospital is close by. Two minutes by car or bus at the top of the road that goes into the hospital grounds. St Antony's is about a 12min drive. There is one double bedroom with ensuite shower room, kitchen and lounge with TV /WIFI.

Modern Flat in London

Amazing! Shaf's place is just as beautiful in person as it was in the pictures. It had all the amenities we needed, as described in the listing. The place is in a perfect location, with easy access to public transportation, a nearby station, and walkability in all directions. There's enough space for two people to work from home comfortably without interruptions and a strong WiFi connection. We would definitely recommend this place, and stay here again ourselves. Katharine's apartment is conveniently located near the train station for Central London and further into Surrey. It is also near green spaces and the ponds of Carshalton. There are local supermarkets and some great pubs (The Sun and The Greyhound worth a mention!) within easy walking distance. The flat has everything needed for a comfortable stay and Katharine was easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay at the flat again. Had a great stay!!!

Booked for me and my mum and it had everything we needed. The place was clean and came with full kitchen facilities, the living room area had sofa bed which was perfect for me, it also had TV and a table which was great for eating and for working space for work purposes. The bedroom was very nice and perfect for my mum and it led to access to the back garden. The bathroom was well suited for toilet and walk in shower in one. What I loved most about this place was no sharing with others, the place is completely separate to the main house and was perfect for privacy. Nirmal was a fantastic host, met him and he dropped the keys, made the sofa in advance as a bed for me and also heated up the flat in advance then left us to it. Nice and quick intro. Very lovely guy and responsive and a great host. Would highly recommend this place.
