Former landgrave hunting lodge - Palatinate Forest

You will have sole occupancy in the former landgrave's hunters' house in Eppenbrunn, a remarkably beautiful half-timbered building from 1742 in a 4415m² park with a barbecue area and a wooded area. The villa has been modernized while largely preserving its historic character, so that you can use spacious bedrooms, a luxurious kitchen, comfortable bathrooms, a playroom with library, a billiard room, WiFi and TV. You can wash and store your bikes in the outbuilding.

The living space stretches over 2 floors connected by a self-supporting wooden staircase. Pure luxury for two, ideal for families. The 4-star certification from the German Tourism Association refers to up to 4 people; additional children and other guests are possible by arrangement.

The living space stretches over two floors. On the ground floor is the living/kitchen area with wood stove, sofa and wooden table, as well as the small kitchen, which is equipped with a gas hob and refrigerator. The ground floor living room is adjoined by a wooden terrace with seating. On the lower floor is also the bathroom with shower and toilet. The spacious bedroom on the upper floor is easily accessible via a wooden staircase.

The entrance leads past the tower on the left. Through the small conservatory you enter the apartment. From there, the 1st bedroom is directly accessible. Next: kitchen, living-dining room, 2nd bedroom with bathroom, closet room. To get into the bathroom from the 1st bedroom, guests have to go through the 2nd bedroom. Our village is without tourist ambitions, but from great landscapes surrounded.

Apartment Rose is located in the middle of the Palatinate Forest. One of the most beautiful forests in Germany. This awaits you with fascinating hiking trails, an incredibly impressive flora and fauna, good food and particularly fine wines of the region. After an eventful day in nature, you can relax in the in-house sauna or hot tub and end the day with your loved ones with a homemade meal.

Here you can switch off and relax in a very cozy atmosphere. Enjoy the Palatinate Forest surrounded by trees, paddocks and our animals on the very spacious grounds. The apartment is located on the first floor with direct entrance from the main road and parking. Opposite is another apartment with 4 beds. I live on the upper floor and am always open to questions.
