Monthly Rentals in Walterville

Dana went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and felt welcomed. She has thought of everything when it comes to possible needs in her little barn. She is very responsive and easy to talk to and work with. She gave us privacy and was also friendly when we did see her. The river was so beautiful and peaceful. Such a great location to so many outdoor recreation and places to eat.

We stayed for 45 days. As experienced RV owners we found this to be a perfect location and setup for an extended glamping trip. The trailer is perfect for one or two people. Kate stocked the trailer with everything someone could need or want. The bed is comfortable with a memory foam topper. The property is a small working farm with chickens, alpacas, and a large garden area. We saw osprey, falcon, hawks, wild turkeys and deer during our stay. The hosts have two friendly dogs that only interact when invited. Katelyn and Nora were outstanding hosts. They made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed while providing us with any privacy we needed. We added this listing to our saved and will return soon without hesitation.

Our group had a wonderful stay in Gloria’s home on the ranch. The house is cozy and is surrounded by beautiful nature and animals. We enjoyed the comfortable beds, fireplaces, and pool table. We appreciated Gloria’s warm hospitality and responsiveness. Thank you Gloria!

House looked like the pictures very easy clear check in. There was construction going on in the neighborhood but couldn’t hear it in the house.
