Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Wamberal

The photos don’t do this house justice - it is even more beautiful than they suggest, if you can believe it. The house is tucked into a quiet valley with a gorgeous view, only 5 minutes drive from a number of beaches. It’s comfortably designed with lovely quirks and has everything you need. Can’t recommend enough!

What a remarkable location - and a unique way to access the tree house via boat. Berowra Waters is a stunning place, and having your own little boat tied up to the jetty to jump into for a peaceful explore of the water at any time was definitely the highlight of the stay. The house is lovely and nestled in high trees and bushland with expansive views up the river, with the afternoon sun reflecting the undulating ripples of the water onto the ceiling of the lounge room like a meditative slideshow. The indoor fire was super cosy, with plenty of wood supplied. Outdoor bath was a treat even on a cold night. It was fun to be picked up and dropped back at the marina by knowledgeable locals - very friendly and helpful. Loved every moment !

We stayed at Daniel and Sasha’s property in Picketts Valley, what a gorgeous home it is. Everything is just like the photos. We enjoyed every bit of our stay here. With a large family catch up, their place had plenty of space and so much to do for the kids. Apart from the kids swimming in the heated pool and feeding the cutest little ponies every day, the bottom level of the house is a kids playroom. With something to do for all ages. The kids were so entertained. We are a family who love to cook, so the kitchen was fabulous. Lots of boards for a grazing table and a glass of wine in the afternoon watching the sunset with beautiful views. We appreciated the attention to detail and the simple things provided by Daniel and Sasha that made our stay really relaxing. We will be booking with them again. Thanks for making our 4 day break so enjoyable!

A slice of heaven with the most stunning view.Perfect spot for our family to bond and spend quality time together with the pool, kayaks, outdoor firepit and fishing. The house was spotless which is always so important to me! Hosts were responsive and easy to communicate with. Wyong itself was not the most appealing of towns. Mingara Club about 15mins drice away had some nice meals options.

Everything was good! I really liked that it was clean, spacious, and had a private yard.

They were so responsive and accommodating! The house was even nicer than on the pictures and we had a lovely stay. Nothing could have been better and we cannot recommend this house and hosts more.

A beautiful stay in the treetops. The place was cozy, clean and homey. We loved the fireplace and the Pups also had a fabulous time!

Walking into Mark's took our breath away. The house is amazing but the view and feeling of being' in' the trees is something else. Gobsmacked might be an appropriate word! We loved the morning visits of the king parrots, rosellas and cockatoos and left, after three nights, feeling refreshed and revitalised after our time in this idyllic setting. Being not quite in the first flush of youth we were glad to make use of the island golf buggy when we arrived but enjoyed walking around this unique island without having to pull luggage! My daughter and I spent a very relaxing weekend break at North Avoca Beach. It was so nice to wake up to the sound of the surf and stroll on the sand. As it’s not a patrolled beach is much quieter than Avoca main beach. The compact size was just right for us.There were lots of kids things around, if you have children they would enjoy those.We would recommend the house for a couples weekend.

My partner and I had a lovely getaway to Rebecca’s Treetop house. The place was brilliantly clean and organised and everything in great condition. We would highly recommend to anyone!

Really cool apartment with lots of groovy, artsy decorations. Great for couples. Right next to the beach with some fantastic cafes.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at Anna’s place! The apartment was spacious and clean, and in a great location close to beaches, bush walking trails and shops. We especially loved the balcony and living room spaces - they were comfortable and allowed us to take in the wonderful surrounds of Kincumber. Thanks Anna!

Our stay was short and sweet—unfortunately, we didn’t quite get our money’s worth as plans changed and we were only there to sleep for two nights, and out all day. That said, the place was extremely clean and quiet, with beautiful views to wake up to and a lovely walk down the hill to Longreef.

Our stay was amazing the view from the property was to die for, Alex was super quick to respond and was accomodating in every way. The house was clean and tidy it has endless amounts of activities we could do at the property from kayaking to playing pool and fuse ball. Highly recommend this place!

A wonderful place to stay. Very cozy, welcoming and relaxing. We loved every minute of our stay and the peaceful surroundings made our stay perfect. Lily was really responsive and I would definitely recommend this place.

This place is magical. We returned a second year in a row and this time was even better. If you want to get off the grid and forget Covid, masks and all the stresses of life, the Villa doesn’t disappoint!

What a beautiful, peaceful place that had all the necessary amenities a 2 min walk from the spectacular pearl beach. It was perfect & Carla and Chloe were great hosts and were very generous to give us a late check out on Sunday. The spa is pretty special although a bit finicky if you don’t know how to use it - thankfully our hosts were very responsive in helping with this. My only note is to maybe make sure if you need more linen/towels than what they provide for the 4 doubles and one single bed (9 people). We booked the house for 11 (there is a room with fold out couches) but those 2 guests didn’t get towels or linen. Final thing is the property has close neighbours so there are a lot of rules to do with noise etc. This makes sense as I assume the hosts have been burned before and must protect their relationship with the local community but if you want somewhere you can feel free to sing your heart out around the fire pit until the wee hours go elsewhere. Thanks for everything!

A wonderful spot for our extended family getaway in beautiful Pearl Beach. The Pavilions is 5 stars all the way - beautiful location, super comfortable, squeaky clean and everything you need at your fingertips, including a brilliant kitchen for cooking and entertaining. We lazed by the open fire by night, and spent our days lying in the winter sun on the deck and north facing backyard. It’s a short stroll to the beach and many other beautiful walking spots and scenic vantage points too. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay! We found the property to be exactly what we were looking for, a nice getaway that made you feel disconnected and relaxed. The property is set up perfectly to bring your dog, with the secure area around the villa that allows them to explore without worry. Zoe the resident dog is also great host and very welcoming, she would come a visit each day to make sure that we were comfortable. She was very friendly and got along well with our dog, she even came along with us for one of our walks and showed us the way. We had a great time and would highly recommend staying here. We hope to return one day, thankyou Kylie for being a great host!

We had such a great stay! The location is perfect, only a few minutes walk to the beach and you can watch sunrise over the ocean in bed :) The house was so comfortable and stylish, lots of art deco character. We would 100% stay again!
