You will love the privacy with a spacious room opening to the garden & trees. There’s books, games, yoga mat, outdoor area. Superking bed, quality linen, mattress topper, ensuite & toiletries. I am a foodie & provide a continental breakfast, homemade granola, yoghurt & baking after that our supermarkets are close. Walk to lake&Wanaka Tree thru the park! 20 walk to town, in route to Roys Peak climb, Rippon Wines 5 min drive or walk along the lake to it. WANT TO GET MARRIED I CAN DO THAT TOO :)

Lake front & the closest house to “That Wanaka Tree." nestled amongst beautiful mature gardens and stunning trees with direct access to the 6 acre Wanaka Station Park. All guests can relax in multiple zones or in the SPA and SAUNA. Close walk to town with direct access to walking and bike tracks along the lake to Wanaka or Glendhu! Big enough and ideal for two families to be comfortable, multiple couples, company retreats, large families & groups. Comes with a cool cat to hang out with :)

Lake View Heights - Luxury large home -244 sq mtr

A 2020 one storey built modern spacious home (approx 240 sq m) situated on a hill boasting amazing lake and mountain views, whilst still being a short walk to the lake and Wanaka township. Sun drenched, warm family home with separate living and bedroom wings with a connected partially covered central deck which provides an attractive outside dining option. Excellent feedback eg Charlie -Aug 23 said "excellent house, view was awesome. House is much better than pictures and pictures were great'

Studio 45 - A Peaceful Place to Rest.

Studio 45 - Is a stand alone guest house with 360 degree mountains views. 1 x Dlb bed d/stair 2 x King Singles upstairs. The Kitchenette has a microwave, jug, toaster, Air fryer & fridge freezer. (No cooktop) Living has Wi-Fi TV, 2 couches 1 x chair & Air Con. Outdoor living has a large BBQ with electric oven, couches & dinning table. Peaceful, rural space and so close - It’s a 6 min drive to Three Parks shops, 10 mins to the lake front , 2 min to airport & 3 min to the rail trail. Enjoy.

Central Modern

Modern townhouse in the perfect location. Enjoy a peaceful or fun-filled stay, sitting on the deck with the BBQ, relaxing in the hot tub or chilling in front of the fire. Just a few minutes walk to Wanaka's bars and restaurants or a short stroll across Pembroke park to the lake where you can take the kayaks over to Ruby Island or just cruise around the bay. Each room has it's own ensuite, TV and built-in wardrobe/cupboards. In the garage there is an EV charger (Type 2) and racks for skis.

Rocklands Retreat is a newly built spacious modern house 5 minutes drive from the lake with a light airy feel, surrounded by mountain Vistas in a new neighbourhood. The interior has been thoughtfully designed to be comfortable with every modern convenience yet also have an individual character feel. Four spacious bedrooms ( two with ensuites) and two open plan living areas plus a fully equipped kitchen set up for casual entertaining make it the perfect set up for one or two families to share.

Fig Tree House

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located in Albert Town near the Clutha river, it is a 2 minute walk to the Patisserie, Four Square shop, Pub and Takeaways, with a great swimming hole a 5 minute stroll from home. The home has a sunny sheltered deck and I am often on hand for any tips and tricks, as I have moved into my back yard garden. There are two bikes and two kayaks available for use as well. We have cycle tracks in all directions to explore the surrounds.

Peninsula Bay Summer Pad

Loads of room for the whole family in this 4 bedroom house, with wonderful indoor & outdoor entertaining areas, close to the community pool, a short walk to the lake and less than a minute to sticky forest mountain bike park and walking trails. The house has a wrap around deck with sliding doors from both the dining room, lounge and master bedroom. The back deck has an outdoor table, couches and Weber bbq. The house is fully fenced, and we are happy to take dogs by arrangement.

Make our family home your base for your next summer vacation. Available for 2 weeks in Jan 2025 only. Situated in the popular mt iron area, only 2 mins drive to Wanaka township and lake. Our recently renovated 3 bedroom cottage is set amidst a green oasis of trees, with plenty of space for the kids to run around and for the parents to relax. The house is fresh and bright with 3 lovely bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a comfortable living area leading out to the garden.
