This is a beautiful large house with stunning 180 panoramic views of Lake Hawea and the Mountains. 5 minutes walk across to the Lake and restaurant. North facing for maximum sun. With 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 lounges to offer, plus a large deck and BBQ area and an upstairs lounging balcony! This house is lovely and warm with heat pumps and a cosy log fire. Very sunny in a private setting. Great for families and large groups. Fully fenced with outdoor furniture and a big gas BBQ.

Spacious new holiday home, warm with lovely views

5 year old house with double garage & lovely open plan living area with large deck area. The kitchen is well equipped. It's superbly warm with underfloor heating system & loads of all day sun. The master bedroom has a double shower ensuite bathroom. The other 3bedrooms are either king single or super king beds. In a separate bedroom off the living room are is one fold out bed and king bed or 2 king singles, & king + king single in the master bedroom. The lawn area is well fenced.

Mountain View Haven Wanaka w/Hot Tub

Keep it simple in this cosy new cedar home. Big views of Mt Roy from the huge deck bordering a reserve. Make use of the modern hot tub and soak in the snow capped views. 4 bed (all doubles, 1 room is a garage conversion) 2 bath. Sleeps 8, however best suited to 6 people. 3min bike to Sticky Forest, lake swimming and only 40 mins to Cardrona/Treble Cone make this home an adventure seekers paradise. Northlake tennis courts, pump track and cafes are an easy 2 min walk.

Free WiFi. Modern home for up to 8 people. This roomy house is located in a quiet part of Wanaka and only minutes from the lake and town centre. The house is double glazed and heated or cooled by heat pumps in the lounge and all bedrooms. All beds have electric blankets. Appliances include - Nespresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer, Stereo, 65” TV with Chrome cast and Sky Sport. BBQ and outside table and chairs. All bed linen, towels etc. supplied.

Wow..what a view, what a house! These are usually the first words from new arrivals at the house! A modern architecturally designed home with stunning lake and mountain views from all rooms. A great base for winter ski holidays or summer boating and tramping. Only steps to the lake and walking/biking tracks, a leisurely stroll to pub/restaurant/local store and a short drive to Wanaka and Ski fields.

Kiwi Dream Crib

Our property was built in 2016 it has wonderful mountain vistas, walking & mountain bike tracks at its door step, light and airy inside with modern decor, open plan living, cool kids bunk room, great indoor out door flow for entertaining on the patio, wood fire for colder winter months. Cardrona and Trebble Cone ski fields just 30mins drive away and the lake is a fifteen minute walk or a few minutes drive.
