It was the perfect spot for a get away. So homely with beautiful views of the surrounding terrain. The rain on the roof was a dream to fall asleep to and the sun coming through the stained glass window above the door felt as if we were waking up in a fairytale. It held the quintessence of what you’d hope for in a hunter valley escape 100% want to go back.

My mother and I absolutely loved staying here. Inside and out was actually even better than the photos showed. Was a comfortable, tidy, modern, quiet space. Outside with the spa, pool and sauna made us feel like we were in a resort in Bali. Given the chance we will definitely stay again.

We had such a great stay at Jennifer’s place! It was sooo comfortable for a large group with big open spaces for everyone to be in together. Great ammenities too thank you so much!!! :)

We had a fantastic stay with everything we needed at the house. The house layout, yard, pool was fantastic. The house was so clean and had literally everything we needed. Great place to stay with family or if you want to be close to the golf course.

we stayed at Villa Nessa for a bucks weekend with 14 guys, and it was absolutely perfect. The house was immaculate, spacious, and felt more like a home than a rental. There were plenty of comfortable beds, large living areas, and a fully equipped kitchen that made group meals easy. The spa was a standout feature—hot, clean, and ideal for relaxing after a long day. The location was quiet and peaceful, yet still close to everything we needed. Although we didn’t meet Vanessa in person, she was an exceptional host. Her communication was prompt, polite, and super helpful from start to finish. She made everything smooth and stress-free, even with a large group. It’s clear she puts a lot of care into making the home welcoming and comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our mate’s upcoming wedding. Highly recommended to any group looking for a clean, relaxing, and well-managed stay. Would definitely return to Villa Nessa

Loved the house. The layout was perfect. Bedrooms not close together, 2 bathrooms, everything elese in between. The views are stunning. Love having cows, horses and sheep roaming close. Loved it.

We loved this place with so many outdoor options and green spaces. It is very close to the beach and a short distance to a lake. The hosts were accommodating and helpful.

We had such a fantastic weekend at Kimberly and Josh’s place. Super clean, comfortable beds and almost underrated with regards to its accessibility to many local places to visit. Walking distance to everywhere including Caves beach resort hotel where the food is divine. They were such good hosts with their communication and I would definitely recommend you should book it if you get the chance.

My family and I had a wonderful time at this absolutely stunning home. Check in was easy. The house is really clean and there is all of the essential items needed for self service living. Andrew the host is amazing! Always so quick to respond and was really helpful throughout our entire stay at his home. I highly recommend this place to stay if you are needing a quiet getaway. The lake is a lovely short walk away and the local shopping complex is a few minutes drive. Ideal location, luxurious home and friendly host all in one!

This is a very stylish renovation. The cottage is in an excellent location overlooking the channel at Swansea- always something happening but in a good way. Excellent local facilities coffee shops etc Accessibility to the main highway within a couple of blocks but minimal traffic. The house, verandah and particularly the BBQ area is very well set up with everything you need. We will definitely return when visiting our Newcastle family in the future.

Beautiful tranquil Cottage with amazing water views and cosy and comfortable accommodation . Loved that the Cottage was pet friendly and great for the kids, we all loved the getaway for the weekend. Responsive helpful Host provided lots f local information. Thanks DJ😊

Beautiful little spot to stay only minutes walk away from Lake Macquarie. We had a fantastic time here!

This house is quite unique on the water side, the site is really convenient, 2-3 minutes walk to the station and shopping. You can sit on the deck and walk to the small jetty on the creek. You and your family or friends can sit on the deck and watch the water running down to Lake Macquarie, enjoying the tranquility, or eating your meal, or playing games. A good place for your holidays and relaxation. The Host- Wassim provided good services by communicating before and post entering the house. Also introducing to us the new and modern style of kitchen sink, we easily love the place to cook our own food. He even drove us to the nearby train station when we are in need. We will recommend it to our friends in the future.

Thank you Yang! We had a fantastic stay at Caves Beach. Yang’s house was beautiful — comfortable, well-equipped, and perfectly located just a short walk from the beach, local cafés, and the bar. Caves Beach itself is the perfect spot to unwind, and the house had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway, including plenty of games to keep the kids entertained.

This place is absolutely fantastic and there’s nothing to fault at all! The design of the whole place is well thought out and clean. The location is incredibly beautiful. George, Patrick and Dave were super responsive and helpful with any enquiries we had. It was a wonderful stay overall and my entire family had so much fun, they can not wait to come back already. I had so many friends asking for the Airbnb listing after seeing the pictures of the place so I can only assume how hard it would be to book this place in the future! This is the second time we've stayed at Greg's place. Always a big group and we find the house ideal for us. We love the kitchen and cooked up a feast with all the available utensils. Relaxing afterwards in the Spa was the cherry on the top. Greg is incredibly responsive and we know the house will be spotless with all the extras such as linen, towels, good working appliances and a well stocked fridge etc Can't recommend Greg highly enough

Chris and Trevors place is amazing, right at water. They have ensured that you get all amenities with proper entertainment sections, seperate section if you want quiet space. They were generous to let us use their Kayaks. This has everything for everyone, be it adults, kids,outdoor, indoor, music movie .. you name it and it has.. Many thanks for the stay, kids enoyed the most!
