This is an above-the-garage apartment at my primary home with it's own living space, separate entrance and private patio with grill. Outdoor area includes charcoal grill and seating . Large back yard with yard games, basketball hoop and fire pit.

Enjoy your space, knowing we are just 50 yards away should you need anything. This is a true tiny house experience. The kitchenette has everything you need. The sleep loft is accessible by a ladder and has a low ceiling. Disclaimer there is no door on the toilet, which is tucked away in the kitchen area. WiFi connection is not guaranteed.

Our Cozy waterfront cottage is located 120ft from great bay. Our closest beach is 2.5 miles and we are 4 miles from the center of town. Equipped with gas heat and Central A/C. We also have a gas fired fireplace to keep you cozy. Outside shower for days at the beach. We have one single kayak, two double Kayaks, a rowboat and a canoe for a scenic view of Great Bay. Quiet spot.
