Cozy, Quiet Loft 3 blocks from the French Quarter

If the location isn't enough, you can rest easy knowing that you'll be resting easy in our brand new King-sized bed, fitted with a new Robin Mattress and Pottery Barn sheets. The queen-sized pullout couch is also a Robin mattress with Pottery Barn sheets. The rest of the apartment is decorated with West Elm, Restoration Hardware and Pottery Barn furnishings. The kitchen is fully equipped, should you need a respite from all the delicious restaurants nearby. The foyer of the building and the hallway to the apartment are all indoors and are public space for the building's residents and guests. The inside of the apartment has everything you'll need for your stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, a breakfast nook and a washer and dryer. We cannot stress this enough to our guests... please contact us if you need anything at all! We want to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Also, we can answer any general questions about the neighborhood pertaining to restaurants, bars, etc. The apartment is just three blocks from the French Quarter and near to the Arts/Warehouse District. This neighborhood is riding the wave of gentrification that is spreading throughout the city, hosting many of the city's top restaurants and bars. For the parts of the city to which you can't walk, our building also enjoys the convenience of being located on one of the city's street car lines. Uber and Lyft are also available throughout the city and for airport transfers.

I had a wonderful time at the Moxy will definitely come stay again. Their beds are wonderfully comfortable. A free drink too! Is a plus might I add and I definitely recommend staying there. Our stay at Roami was everything we expected. The host was super responsive to any concerns or questions I had. We arrived a little later than expected and I was concerned about safety, but the area is fairly safe and we were comfortable unloading our bags and walking from the parking garage to the bnb. Super convenient location as it is only a couple blocks from bourbon street and a lot of other tourist locations. Overall, great place and we are looking forward to coming back in the future!

This was a great home base for exploring New Orleans. Loved Mojo’s coffeehouse right on the corner and the Paradise Lounge in the hotel across the street. Walkable to good restaurants in the garden district. The apartment was cozy and had everything we needed.

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay! We could not get over how stunning the space was! The room was so incredibly beautiful, airy, and cozy. It smelled so clean and fresh, and the bed was very comfortable. The neighborhood is extremely walkable and the location is central/a convenient drive to other notable stops in the city. Lots of cute coffee shops, bars, restaurants, and retail stores around the corner on Magazine Street. It’s the perfect spot for a quintessential New Orleans getaway! We would love to stay here again sometime. A magical place in a magical city!!!

Amazing stay with the mosts NOLA interior design featuring skull candy theme. Friendly front desk and bar peeps day or night. Just be aware of destination fee not an AirBnB feeler where you know the final cost -- so surprise! Not that cheap after all. Gym is great 24/7.
