Apartment holiday rentals in Warehouse District, New Orleans

Natalie was a great host. The apartment was clean and bright, but the building was dirty. The bathroom had very little light that worked poorly. The bed made a lot of noise with every move made and there was construction every morning outside the building which we didn’t realize until arriving. Otherwise all was great and worth the price paid. Very accessible location to French quarter while not being in the thick of it

This place was super clean. There were tons of cameras. The baggage area was locked after check-out. It was quiet, and there were no windows, so you could sleep all day and party all night.

A cute cozy place! The accommodations were very comfortable and clean. We really liked the theming of the whole place. It’s a great location, and we were able to walk to the French Quarter easily. Dominique was a great host! Super responsive and allowed us to check early. Would highly recommend this place and will definitely aim to stay again in the future.

It was a great place, within walking distance to everything, and it was very clean. I had a great stay and would come back.

Our stay at Roami was everything we expected. The host was super responsive to any concerns or questions I had. We arrived a little later than expected and I was concerned about safety, but the area is fairly safe and we were comfortable unloading our bags and walking from the parking garage to the bnb. Super convenient location as it is only a couple blocks from bourbon street and a lot of other tourist locations. Overall, great place and we are looking forward to coming back in the future!

This was a great home base for exploring New Orleans. Loved Mojo’s coffeehouse right on the corner and the Paradise Lounge in the hotel across the street. Walkable to good restaurants in the garden district. The apartment was cozy and had everything we needed.

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay! We could not get over how stunning the space was! The room was so incredibly beautiful, airy, and cozy. It smelled so clean and fresh, and the bed was very comfortable. The neighborhood is extremely walkable and the location is central/a convenient drive to other notable stops in the city. Lots of cute coffee shops, bars, restaurants, and retail stores around the corner on Magazine Street. It’s the perfect spot for a quintessential New Orleans getaway! We would love to stay here again sometime. A magical place in a magical city!!!

Great location with lots of local businesses near by, space was neat and private, easy to access

Check-in and check-out were super easy even though I was coming and going at late/early hours. The room was very unique, clean, and comfortable. I had a great time during my short stay.

The place was exactly as it was described. It’s small but perfect for visiting New Orleans because you’re not there very often. It was very cozy and convenient. It only took around 15 minutes to get to the French Quarter when walking. We didn’t even get a car because we were able to do everything from this location. There was a coffee shop right across the street that was really good. A small market is a block away. There are also shops in the French Quarter so if you need groceries, you can get them there. The communication was excellent. They made sure to give prompt instructions on how to get to your place. We had a great time. Thank you.

The Airbnb was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described (if not better!). The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making check-in and check-out smooth and easy. The location was close to everything we needed but still peaceful and quiet. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable experience!

Ligy was such a wonderful host! She was friendly and extremely responsive. I could tell that she really cared about making sure our stay was the best it could be and totally went the extra mile to do so. She was very accommodating. The place itself was really nice. It was a well managed room in a time-share hotel that fit me and my father's needs perfectly for a last minute one-night stay for the super bowl without having to settle on quality or cleanliness. Thank you so much!

We had a great stay. Beds were comfortable and there was a spacious kitchen & a fridge with a water filter and ice maker, which was a bonus. All of our needs were met. An elevator was broken and there was no way to access the stairs from the bottom so that required some patience as only one elevator was operational. Property management company runs a tight ship so make sure to read all of their rules before signing on the dotted line.

My husband and I had a really wonderful and memorable stay, thanks to Ian, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. He went out of his way to make us feel at home, offering genuine hospitality and even took us out on our last night in New Orleans (during Jazz Fest), which ended up being one of the highlights of our trip! The space itself is definitely more of a lived-in space; cozy but a little cluttered. That said, the unit is bigger than the photos lead on. There is a bonus sink/vanity right outside of the bathroom, that was certainly a plus for us when getting ready for the day/night. The location is ideal, walking distance to grocery stores, street cars, buses, and GREAT restaurants; at the same time the apt is remote and away from any street noise. We did run into an issue with the shower temperature and Ian fixed it right away. If you're someone who values a warm, local connection over a super polished space, this is your spot! Ian's hospitality is next to none!
