Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Warehouse District, New Orleans

Kurt was a lovely host from the start. He was super accommodating with my questions in advance re: baby gear at the house and timing on our last minute reservation. The house is absolutely gorgeous, too. It's spacious, well decorated, and felt more like a home than an Airbnb. It was nice and quiet, and we always felt safe in the neighborhood. If you're traveling with a baby, this place is perfect! The pack and play and two "high chair" options (one Bumbo-esque tabletop option and another larger tabletop one) were great to have, as was the little xylophone in addition to the small toys we brought with us :) The sink is perfect baby bathing size, as well!

Kay’s house was beautiful. Much bigger than we expected based off of the pictures, which was a nice surprise. Extremely clean, lots of amenities — including spices in the kitchen cupboard and soap/shampoo in the bathroom, which we weren’t expecting. Kay was also gracious enough to let us check in early and check out late, which most hosts would be hesitant to do. Highly recommend staying here if you ever find yourself in New Orleans. Only downside was the location, which isn’t near any grocery stores, but there are fast food and convenience stores nearby, which work perfectly fine if you have a short stay or don’t plan on being home much.

Michelle was a great responsive host whenever we needed something, we could just text her and she would get back to us right away. Had a lot of great recommendations of fun things to do in New Orleans and great places to check out that we’re off the beaten path and not so touristy!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. The location was perfect—quiet but still close to everything I needed. The little touches like fresh towels, a well-equipped kitchen, and fast Wi-Fi made the stay even better. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Hunter's place is lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our trip. Some previous guests complained about the train noise, but this was minimal during our stay and not an issue. Bus is 1.5 blocks away and the bus pass is cheap and easy. Can save the uber for late nights. Plus there are plenty of great eateries w/o heading to the Quarter. We loved it. Might need a new battery in the fan remote and a table lamp in the LR. Also, would be nice to see the floor plan in the listing. It wouldn't work for everyone. You have to walk through both BRs to get to the bathroom. Was not a problem for us. Very clean. Smelled great. Nice backyard space. Comfy furnishings all around. Would definitely stay again. I absolutely fell I inl love with the cottage! I was very comfortable, quite, and cozy. Jeanette was very friendly. We will be staying there again. Loved New Orleans! NOLA 🩷

We had a great time in NOLA at Chelsea's place. It was super clean and very comfy. It is 2-3 blocks from #91 bus stop, and walking distance to the St. Charles streetcar. The NOLA Le Pass app (public transportation) is awesome and easy to use. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors we encountered were very friendly. The Ruby Slipper for breakfast is not to be missed! We had a problem with the AC, but Chelsea noticed before we did, and took care of it while we were out being tourists. Thumbs up!

The place was amazing!! I got married in New Orleans and stayed here and we arrived with a beautiful card and a little present from the host! The host was so responsive and personable definitely one of the best Airbnb stays I have had and was a huge part of our special weekend!

Eric is a fabulous host!!! He was so helpful and so good to us! We had a wonderful stay and actually wish we could have stayed longer. I definitely recommend this place and I would absolutely stay again!

A great spot for a short stay in The Big Easy. The place is cosy and gives you good access to both Bourbon and Magazine Streets.

I had such a lovely stay at Kate and Robert’s place! Great location close to everything. Went to Honey’s for coffee every morning which is 2 blocks away. I checked in in the middle of a downpour and Robert came out and met me with an umbrella and helped me inside — he was so sweet! The apartment is really cute and the bed was so comfortable! Highly recommend ♥️

Foremost, the apartment was squeaky clean and tidy - always most important for me. I loved the tall ceilings, old double doors, and wavy glass windows. The historical feel of both the house and the apartment was very homey. The house itself was beautiful and the garden immaculate. The location close to the bayou was nice. The hosts were good to answer questions about getting around in the city, and provided recommendations. Overall, we were comfortable and really enjoyed our stay.

Our stay was so nice! Quiet, clean, and easy to access the Garden District and surrounding neighborhoods. We had a lot of fun on our first visit to NOLA and will definitely be back. Candy and John were responsive and flexible with check-in times and were easy to deal with. Would recommend!

We loved staying in this condo in New Orleans—it was perfect for our family! The kitchen had everything we needed, making it easy to cook meals. The condo was very clean, with nice beds, fresh towels, and even a coffee pot, shampoo, and conditioner provided. Highly recommended

I had a family emergency and had to fly into the area (30miles out of N.O.). My last night I decided to stay close to MSY due to projected higher than normal TSA wait times (7am flight). Stayed here for 1-night and I will return whenever I’m in N.O. Roughly less than 10mins from the airport. The unit was clean, private, and safe!

Couldn't be happier with this location. Its close enough to walk or take a 10 minute rideshare, but far enough away from the hectic New Orleans nightlife when you are ready to wind down. Would recommend this location to anyone looking to travel to New Orleans. WWII museum is a 5 minute walk. Great time and great memories made.

I would definitely book this place again. It was beautiful and perfectly located. The tub was a plus the outside balcony was beautiful in the morning. The host is awesome and a great communicator. We’ll definitely book again.

This is a lovely spot in a great location, right on Magazine street in the heart of the Garden District. Walkable, with restaurants, coffee shops and sweet shady neighborhood streets showcasing New Orleans' architecture. The space itself was exactly like the photos - very stylish, comfortable, clean and well-appointed. Jo Ann was very accomodating, responsive and an excellent host. It was a fun stay for our first trip to NOLA and we're glad to have had the chance to experience it.
