The Bavarian Oberlandbahn (BOB) runs once an hour from the “Moosrain” stop, which is only 2 minutes away, to Tegernsee or Munich. The apartment, with a separate entrance, is on the 2nd floor and was newly and modernly furnished. Everything with a lot of love for detail. A parking space is available right outside the building.

All of that awaits your outdoor adventures, experiences, and sightseeing. Free Wi-Fi is available, as is parking. A special highlight of the apartment is the sauna and hot tub in the garden. Our Shetty's are also looking forward to a visit.

The mattress of the 1.40 m x 2 m bed has been replaced and renewed. There is deliberately no TV. Enjoy your stay overlooking the lake and mountains.

The enclosed and fenced garden overlooking the mountains and lush green meadows promises relaxation for the whole family. The furnishings are classically modern. There are several parking spaces at the property. In summer, it is possible to barbecue on the terrace.
