Apartment with terrace Stare Miasto

We invite you to stay in a climatic apartment in an old tenement house right next to the Old Town. Built in the 1860s for the royal upholsterer Urban Forestier. It survived until 1944, destroyed during the struggles of the Warsaw Uprising, rebuilt according to the original in the 1950s. An apartment just after renovating, on the 3rd floor, with no elevator, under a partially mansard roof. With an area of 35 m2, it consists of a room, a kitchen and a bathroom. The old town and the city center are just a short trip away.

Small cozy flat next to the metro

The apt is located 250 meters away from Pole Mokotowskie metro station (just 2 stops from metro Centrum). Thanks to this you get convenient and very quick access to the city center. Chopin airport is 6 km away (15 minutes by taxi or 30 minutes by public transport). Self-check-in after 12:00, self-check-out before 10:00. I speak English, Polish, Russian and Ukrainian. Hi, welcome to the Downtown, our beloved neighbourhood. We would like to invite you to a cosy flat that we renovated ourselves, putting a lot of heart into it. Hoża 19 is a great starting point for exploring the city, both on foot and by public transport. From the Central Railway Station you can get here in 10 minutes by direct bus, and to the Old Town in 15 minutes you can take a tram from the stop 250 m away. You can walk to the Centrum metro in 10 minutes and to the Lazienki Park in 20 m.
