Hello, I have to offer a cozy apartment on the second floor with a balcony. Located in a quiet, peaceful and well-connected neighbourhood. 5min walk to SKM station from where 15min takes you the journey to the center. In the vicinity of numerous shops, there is also a bank, pharmacy, pizzeria, kebab, Polish and Chinese bar. In sight of beautiful forest, bike routes, forester's lodge, graduation tower, sports facility (board, rollerblades, wall climbing, basket, volleyball, plus 5min bus to swimming pools .

The apartment consists of a room with a kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom. Great communication with the city center (about 12 minutes by public transport to the Central Station), a large store, ATM, cafes, restaurants and many other attractions nearby. Also nearby are: the Saxon Garden, Krakowskie Przedmieście and the Old Town. My place is good for: couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with children). Very nice apartment. There is a kitchen with a living room, bedroom, bathroom and a balkony. Behind the building there's a small forest as well as a nice park. Around 200 m from the appartment there's a shopping mall and a cinema. For guest use there`s a undergrung car park with dedicated place. In the kitchen for comfort f guest there are basic kitchen staff like coffee, tea, sugar, salt, oil, spices etc... Night silence applies between 22.00-06.00 so it`s not adequate for parties.
