Located in a quiet, peaceful and well-connected neighbourhood. 5min walk to SKM station from where 15min takes you the journey to the center. In sight of beautiful forest, bike routes, forester's lodge, graduation tower, sports facility (board, rollerblades, wall climbing, basket, volleyball, plus 5min bus to swimming pools .

Very nice apartment. There is a kitchen with a living room, bedroom, bathroom and a balkony. Behind the building there's a small forest as well as a nice park. Around 200 m from the appartment there's a shopping mall and a cinema. For guest use there`s a undergrung car park with dedicated place. In the kitchen for comfort f guest there are basic kitchen staff like coffee, tea, sugar, salt, oil, spices etc... Night silence applies between 22.00-06.00 so it`s not adequate for parties.
