Really appreciated their allowing us to put our electric bikes in a fenced area out of sight as we had some concerns. Francis and his wife were very friendly and helpful. Griselle’s place was very private and tucked away. It was really cute and comfortable. Somewhat out of the way of downtown, but Lyfts were easily accessible. I would stay here again!

The place was very nice , Jason was very respectful and responsive of whenever I had questions . The only downside was I totally could’ve found out on my own with more researching , we are located in the basement level and at times we were able to hear the person above us walking around . That is my only complaint ! Everything else was amazing and up to standards .

As an AirBnB host myself, I'm very picky about the places I choose to stay when travelling, and I would give Scott's loft 6 stars if I could. A tidy, clean, cozy, secure and well-organized space situated in the heart of historic downtown Providence, it puts the entire city at your fingertips. Its walkable proximity to the convention center, multiple universities, galleries, nightlife and fine dining took our visit to the next level, and the host's communication was reliably prompt and helpful. (Nearby runnning/walking routes are a physically active traveler's dream.) Even after our arriving flights to Rhode Island were cancelled, Scott was patient, understanding and flexible. The unit is highly secure even though the surrounding neighborhood is totally safe; nearby parking is ample and check-in was a breeze. This is a gem of a spot to which I'd absolutely return. Full 5 stars.

We had a great stay in a very clean, comfortable, homely, apartment with private parking right outside the front door. I would highly recommend it.

Host was present and flexible with our needs, especially a late check-in due to horrible holiday traffic. Communication was always easily understood and professionally worded and polite.

I would highly recommend staying at Jame’s place! This was such a fun place to stay! The Arcade is a piece of history! We were in town for an event at the convention center- so easy! Tons of quaint restaurants and coffee houses are so close! I would definitely recommend and stay here again! Thanks James for being a great host!

We have stayed here many times and it always feels like coming home. Cathleen is very responsive and her parents Judy and Bob go above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We’re planning another extended stay later this summer. Overall a great,clean and comfortable place.

The apartment is really great, very spacious, conformable beds, very well equipped and wonderful bathroom. Walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and CVS. Quiet neighborhood and Farmers market close by during summer. Hosts are extremely nice and respond to any questions in a matter of minutes. This is the second time me or my family stayed in the apartment and have always had a great time. Thank you very much!

We know this property having stayed there over many years. The new owners have done a wonderful job renovating and restoring it decorating the apartment to a very high standard whilst retaining the period features. The kitchen and bathroom have been fitted out to a very high standard with high quality fittings and appliances. The furniture in the sitting rooms is modern and comfortable. The bedroom is a generous size with the bathroom en-suite. There are AC units throughout. We had our own area of the lawned yard with BBQ, chairs, table and Adirondacks all overlooking the tidal salt pond. We utilised this area a lot during our stay. The owners who live on site were very friendly and helpful. We thoroughly recommend this property which is only a few minutes walk from the centre of the beautiful village of Wickford yet very quiet and peaceful.

This was a great place for my daughter and I to stay during our college tour trip. It’s only a 10 minute drive to URI and much nicer than a hotel. The apartment is super cute, well equipped and very clean. William is very responsive and helpful. Happy to know it’s there in case my daughter decides to go to URI . I’d definitely book again.

This Airbnb was really unique and cool! The description of the Salisbury Peck House doesn't even do it justice. It has such a great vibe and is decorated perfectly for its era. It is walkable to everything...we walked to a lovely dinner and then over to a show at the performing arts center. Each took about 10 minutes. The walk home was a quiet nice stroll, even at 10 pm. Lydia was very responsive when I had a question and offered suggestions on where to dine. If you are looking for something a little different than a cookie cutter apartment, this is your place. I cannot recommend it enough.

This is a convenient, quiet location for a private stay, close to downtown Providence (15-20 min drive). Enjoyed staying here and would stay again.

Andrew was an excellent host and this was the perfect place for a family. We have been coming to Newport for years and this is one of the best places we have stayed. Highly recommend!

Warren was very responsive My family love the location, the pool, the hot tub and the space. We especially loved the massage chair.

The space was THE PERFECT location with the most stunning view. Walking distance to all of Newport most popular restaurants and shops. When I find myself visiting RI again, I plan to book this space again.

My stay with Lakisha was great, easy check in, very communicative. She got the place ready for me on short notice, everything as listed. It was a very relaxing and spacious place.

We loved our stay at The Wyndham Long Wharf. Maxx upgraded our accommodation to a 2 bedroom (thank you!). Checking in was easy at the front desk, free parking, 2 pools, game room, hot tubs, and a welcome reception for guests. Park and walk to all of Newport. Across the street the Wyndham has a roof top terrace - not to be missed. It was a great homebase to see all of Newport!

We stayed at Matt’s place for a couple days while visiting Providence. Matt is a super responsive host and the place was clean/ street parking was easy/ and the hot tub was nice. =]

Clean and easy to check-in. Owner lives just downstairs and takes great care of the curb appeal of the house. Beautiful gardening. Always responsive and easy to work with. Quiet street.

Had a great extended stay, recovering from back surgery, great walkable neighborhood for me and my lab. Colt State Park is so close, Bristol is such a beautiful place. Highly recommend this place.
