Holiday rentals with breakfast in Washington Heights, Manhattan

this is the 2nd time I've stayed here both times I've enjoyed my stays and how friendly Geet is me and my friends love with spot and will continue to stay here 😂

Bob's Place was perfect for our family of 3. We were very impressed by the cleanliness, aesthetic, and accommodations. We felt right at home and wish we could have stayed longer. We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival, the space seemed larger than in the photos. Bob was very attentive and quick to reply to any questions and/or needs. We would definitely stay again!

Venky’s place was a perfect fit for us. We had an event to attend in Midtown and were able to get there in 10-15 mins. It was also close to great restaurants and markets. His place was clean, equipped with everything we needed, and very spacious for our group of 5. We’d definitely recommend Venky’s place for anyone traveling to the Jersey City or NYC area. Renee was a great host. Check in was easy, the garage and doors were easy to use, Renee was responsive to all of our questions and the house comfortably slept our family of 2 adults, 3 kids and a baby. There are a ton of amenities like a wine fridge and smart TV that meant we could have a chilled glass of red while the kids found their favorite shows. The house is beautiful and sits on a scenic hillside in South Orange. It’s easy to walk up the hill and see panoramas of NYC. We loved walking to get bagels with our kids or grabbing pizza from one of the many great spots nearby. The streets are also great for running with wide running lanes and challenging hills. We had such a great time spending most of July here.

Defina was amazing! We had issues with the place with some of the electricity and she helped us immediately as well as was quick in responding. She was even kind enough to give us a return on a credit for the issue. The breakfast was awesome and more than expected. More than enough for the entire family. Only reason there were some stars were not filled was because the neighborhood was quite dangerous. Don’t walk around the area, straight in and out from the uber to the house.

Great little apartment with easy access to NYC. Short walk to may restaurants and 2 bus stops to take you to NJ Transit station. Very clean, exactly as described in pictures. Host was very responsive to questions about transportation, restaurants, etc. Would stay here again.

Brian's place was exactly as described, and a perfect home base for our family of 3. Very clean, comfortable, and in a wonderful part of Brooklyn. Felt at home -- we would stay again!

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely home in Newark, NJ! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Daniela was incredibly kind and responsive, making everything easy from check-in to check-out. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches and the overall experience. Maria the mom of Yolima was very kind to us. We got all the needed information right in time and laundry and some food for Breakfast was also available. We felt very good and would recomend this accomodation for families with children who wants to visit NYC.

David is welcoming and helpful; this is a great place to stay if you are needing to be in the vicinity (for me, visiting elder and getting some work done during parts of days). The room is cozy and clean, comfortable bed and good desk -- along with bits of friendly conversation, it suited me well. I'll be checking availability next time I'm back in the area.

This is the 3rd time we've stayed here and, once again, was the perfect place to stay. Close to Seton Hall and our kid's home but far enough away you don't have to deal with college kids craziness. Art and Libby were extremely accommodating, to the point that we were able to have an extra car on the property filled with our kid's belongings for the final move out

Stayed here for five days and it was amazing! I felt right at home. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. Ron was amazing and even let me check in early. I would definitely stay here again!

Spent couple of nights at Alfred’s place. The place was clean and is at a great walking distance from a lot of places. Would definitely recommend for anyone who’s looking to find a reasonable place to rest after spending whole day exploring the city.

I was lucky enough to get a room here last minute and even more lucky to get the Amazon room. Super cosy. Main light brightens the room tremendously with pure bright white light. Also lamp with dimmer by the bed with usb ports was convenient and a nice touch. Love the blackout shades, got some really good sleep. The bed was very was heavenly and very big. The smart TV was exception quality also very big and seemed more so than the pics. Great space to move around in, lovely welcoming gifts. The continental breakfast was better than most hotels. I wanted to toast my cinnamon raisin bagel, I used the air fryer and forgot I had a toaster in the room😆 My only complaint is that it wasn’t available for more days after, really enjoyed my night there. Also the hosts were very responsive and quick to message me back everything I asked, so accommodating. Close distance to trains.

Ms King’s home was such a delight. The views a gorgeous, the wildlife very plentiful, and the home is pristine. I wish I had more time to enjoy time with the house, nature, and the host, Bien, who was so friendly. You can tell she loves the property, the animals, and servicing her guests to the best. When I’m back in town, I’ll be checking to see if there’s availability at Ms King’s home. The only place I want to stay at in Rockland Lake.

Ann and Allen are wonderful. Very attentive and well prepared. The accommodation is very nice, quiet, tastefully decorated and with details that make it unique. The bedding is top quality. In the morning, they offer a complimentary breakfast, with delicious bagels. The experience was excellent, not only because of the quality of the accommodation but also because of the warmth of the hosts. We felt at home. Thank you Ann and Allen!!

What do I say that hasn't already been said? There's a reason this place gets so highly reviewed, it's because it's AMAZING. As a mom of three, I just wanted to get away with some peace and comfort and I got all that and more. The bedroom was so comfortable and the bathroom is NEXT LEVEL amazing (seriously, I'm not much of a bathroom gal but I could've just spent all day in there). All this and the little things make this place a gem...like the snacks, breakfast and extra comforts in the bedroom (robe, extra towels, etc). I went into NYC everyday and had no problems with public transportation. If you are a solo female traveler I highly recommend you book this, I can't wait to come back one day!!
