Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Washington Park, Chicago

Beautiful home layout and very spacious! Location was a quick drive to the city, which was convenient. Host was also very kind and attentive. Thank you Ms. Lilly for our stay!

Jd’s space was as described, very spacious and accommodating for larger parties. There were snacks, drinks, and towels/linens for use as well as washer and dryer. Jd was also very responsive and a great host. I’d say the biggest drawback was the very creaky floors, with only 3 people staying here, every movement on the main floor was heard. Maybe if we had a larger party, it may have filled up and not been too bad? General Chicago advice for anyone booking: - When considering, be aware that traffic can play a factor in getting from A to B. This is nothing against this specific place or host, just something to be aware of. - You are best off if you rent a car! Paid so much in Ubers and Lyfts in and out of the city. - The roads around this side of town are really bad. All that said, if you prepare correctly and have a large party, this was a very quaint and accommodating stay overall.

Staying at Matt’s Air BnB was a fantastic experience. We stayed with our two kids and another couple and the space was perfect for our group. The spacious, fenced in yard made for a great hangout space for our toddler to safely run around. The house looks exactly like the pictures and was extremely clean. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you, Matt!

Even more spacious than in the photos! Well-kept place, with a fully stocked kitchen, projector, BOSE speaker, and great backyard. Double shower in the master bedroom, and strong water pressure. Entry is easy with a code. Finally, the host is VERY accommodating, flexible, and responsive. Recommended!

Such a great place to stay

Was a very nice and relaxing place to stay after spending time in the city! Really close to multiple bus stops which made the public transport really easy to access. The inside was very clean and nice, the bed is extremely comfortable! Would stay again!

This exquisite MCM GEM in Berwyn was the perfect home base for us while visiting Chicago. Every corner is curated with unique and authentic MCM touches, all with the contemporary creature comforts one could want and then some. Everything was sparkling clean and April was a superb host. We hope to come again, & highly recommend!!

One of the best Airbnbs I have stayed at. It was beautifully decorated and super clean. Had everything I needed to feel comfortable and at home. The host was extremely responsive. The parking was a bit difficult but would not deter me from staying there again. Very close to downtown, about 10 minutes. Highly recommend.

Uncommonly well supplied and furnished, this is one of our favorite Airbnbs anywhere. We’ve stayed a few times, and our experience has always been exceptional.

Carol’s place was very comfortable for our family of 4! Amenities were all as listed and everything was clean and inviting. We hope to stay here again the next time we visit family in Blue Island!

Just wonderful. That was one of the most beautiful accommodations I've ever been to. The apartment is totally lovingly furnished. Everything was super clean and tidy. There are even toothbrushes, toothpaste and a sleeping mask, if you need them. The kitchen is also super equipped with everything you need. The short walk to the metro was also very convenient. We would definitely come back.

This place was amazing!! Felt right at home as soon as we got there. The neighborhood is very quiet and chill, there’s a ton of great mexican food/stores, and just a couple blocks from the pink line and bus stop. Great home base just outside of the chaos of downtown but easy to get anywhere you wanna go! The place itself was comfortable and felt very roomy. Only thing is there are some upstairs neighbors who you WILL hear walk, talk, breathe… but we didn’t have trouble dealing with it and still slept well. Plus they had two cute little doggies who came to say hi, which is a huge plus! Overall 10/10 would stay again and would always recommend to anyone visiting Chicago.

Lovely basement studio in very nice neighborhood. Easy drive to nearby neighborhoods or downtown area. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a comfortable stay!

Only got to stay one night but it was a great hidden gem right outside the city! Needed a break from all the hustle and bustle. Had everything I needed, and the bed was so cozy! Christine and Dan always responded to me very quickly. Would stay again!

Stay was great and Mariam was a super host. The space was exactly as pictured and all the games were a blast. Miriam even checked in a couple times to make sure we had everything we need and that we were having a good time. For sure would stay here again.

Apartment was great! Rooftop was fantastic and had some nice views. Serg was very communicative and helpful. Parking entrance was slightly out of the way in a back alley but the given instructions included pictures and very detailed instructions. My only complaint is that all of the beds are EXTREMELY firm. My husband and I found it very uncomfortable and I spent one of the nights tossing and turning so much I ended up just laying on the couch. The kids did not seem to mind it.

Alex was very responsive and incredibly helpful throughout this process as it was our first time using Airbnb and in Chicago. The home was clean although there were a few areas that could use more of a deep clean. The neighborhood was very relaxed but there isn’t a ton to do (no coffee shops or any local shopping) However it’s only a 6 minute drive or 20 minute walk (we walked and it was really nice) to china town or just to view the river. We only stayed 3 nights and we definitely would stay again!

This is our 3rd time staying at Thomas and Cynthia place. We would have it no other way. Home away from home every single time.

One of my favorite Aibnbs of all time. The location is FUN - right in the center of the action in Northalsted. The space itself is beautiful and clean. The bedrooms are spacious, and the kitchen is well equipped. Allan was awesome and left us a bottle of prosecco to welcome us. Best part of the house is the huge covered front balcony - a front row seat to the joyous crowds, especially on the weekend. We saw a concert, walked to a Cubs game, spoiled the kids on Michigan Ave - and everyone agreed the balcony was our fave part of the trip. The rear deck is icing on the cake. We were in town so our kids could go to a concert and they also loved the area. If you're sensitive to noise, bring earplugs - all the action brings a bit of music - but really it's a steady din so super easy to tune out at bedtime. We love this place and can't wait to come back!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb during our Chicago trip! The location was perfect — close to everything we wanted to see and do with our kids. We had a great stay for an extended wedding weekend with our entire family. Adrian's home was clean, modern, and well appointed. The beds were all very comfortable and linens were very soft. We felt very safe and the garage parking spot was a nice addition. I would highly recommend his home and would not hesitate to rebook there in the future.

We enjoyed our time at this apartment! Nestled in the Bucktown neighborhood of the city, which is peaceful and surrounded by beautiful homes. Nearby Wicker Park and Logan Square have a lot to offer, as well as Lincoln Park (the neighborhood) not being too far away either. While the bedroom and bathroom are on the smaller side, that’s just city life and it is a perfect retreat for 1-2 people. It’s very stylish yet cozy with the decor and all updated appliances and bathroom. I would take note of the stairs for this unit in particular, as it’s on the second level but they were fine and the patio deck was nice! We really appreciated Lauren being accommodating to our late booking. We would definitely stay here again!
