Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Washoe County

I enjoyed my stay. This was a true Airbnb experience. Everything was very comfortable and I would definitely stay again.

I loved everything about our stay here by the marina. Gorgeous water view and snow capped mountains in the distance, and lots to do nearby. Great central location for all Reno/Sparks destinations. We had breakfast a few mornings at lighthouse cafe downstairs and walked around the water. The rental was exactly as advertised with lots of little thoughtful amenities in the room/bathroom such as toiletries, q-tips, flossers, sunscreen, aloe, ice packs in the freezer, condiments in the fridge, etc. Chris was responsive and helpful with our request for an early check-in. I would absolutely stay here again soon!

Enjoyed our stay! Beautiful walk around the area and plenty of stores in walking distance. The actual room was comical to find with going in and out of doors, but the directions were very clear! Location was absolutely perfect for us!

My son and I stayed here for a weekend at the convention center. I find casinos fun in very short spurts, but I avoid sleeping at casino hotels. The Alexander is great for a short stay with young kids. Lots of amenities geared towards family fun. This unit is very clean and quiet with plenty of space for two people (if you are ok sharing a king bed). I got the feeling that this would be a good place to sleep for a mount Rose ski trip too. Good brewery & pizza spots nearby and easy access to freeway. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. And tip: fill out Lusso’s online forms early. I waited until 5pm on check in day. Check in is at 3pm and I assumed 5pm would be fine. BUT, Lusso processes the online forms manually and we had to wait outside about an hour before we could get lockbox code for the keys.

The host was incredibly kind and very helpful. They explained everything I didn’t know and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. They constantly checked if I needed anything, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend this place to anyone — you’ll be in great hands!

This is a very nice place to stay with family, friends, coworkers etc. came out to travel for work and make memories with my family. Everything was up to par. My only concern is that it’s by the Main Street and because it was the weekend, it was quite noisy. The cars going down the street we’re very loud. You could also hear all of the motorcycles so it was a little difficult to stay asleep, especially if you have children or babies. Other than that, everything was great.

This penthouse has an incredible view of the city! We enjoyed our stay and perfect location for the hot air ballon race and 10 min to the airport which helped us with our very early flight, thanks for everything!

Amazing stay, we are sad to hear that this complex will be taken down over the next two years. These are really great condos that provide you easy access to all the awesome Hyatt amenities. We spent every day after snowboarding, hanging in the hot tub. Restaurants were great, walked to our two favorites, FUMU and Austins. Also able to walk to the beach and the Rec center. Such a perfect location!

We highly recommend this condo stay! It had comfy beds, was safe, had covered parking, great water pressure, the most beautiful views of the lake, and was in a quiet spot in town.

Quiet immaculate condo. Great clubhouse with pool and jacuzzi.

Great PH apartment . Close to downtown Reno without been in a questionable area. garage parking with private access. Great views of Reno. The apartment was clean, but carpets and toilets are stained. Beds were clean and comfy. All appliances were in great working order. TV was a hit or miss, but who cares? Our host was most gracious with no extra demands, except to remove garbage before departing. This will be my to go place for my next trip to Reno

Kathy and Leo were very gracious hosts! Their home was cozy and spacious and offered my family a wonderful and cozy experience for our ski holiday. We are so thankful for their hospitality!

Michael and Kara were excellent hosts who went above-and-beyond to make sure my family and I (including my dog!) had a great stay! Would definitely recommend. Even before checking in they gave us clear information for our visit. I really appreciated them being so organized because it meant I could relax on the trip. This place was as described and work d well as a home base for our daily outings. Great location and beautiful mountains all around. Michael was very responsive and communicated things clearly and easily.

I recently stayed at Khoi’s beautiful cabin and it was everything I hoped for—and more. Tucked among towering pines and just a short drive from both Reno and Lake Tahoe, the location was perfect for a quiet escape while still being close to outdoor activities and local amenities. The cabin itself was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. We especially loved the large windows that let in the morning light and the peaceful sounds of the forest. The fireplace made for the perfect evening after hiking nearby trails, and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking full meals. Khoi was incredibly responsive and made check-in and check-out seamless. They also left a welcome note and some local recommendations, which we really appreciated. If you’re looking for a tranquil mountain stay with easy access to nature and modern comforts, Evergreen Chalet is a hidden gem. We can’t wait to return!

Had a great stay for our family ski trip. The place is clean, warm, and comfortable. We realty enjiyed the gas fireplace after a day of skiing. The place is a short drive to diamond peak ski resort and great restaurants in town. Sean was proactive in communicating about our stay. We had a great time. Thanks.
