Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Water Island

Jon is a wonderful host. We have stayed there multiple times and are always pleased and amazed at the house. So much room, and the kitchen and living area are incredible to hang out in. Looking out of the house through the sliding doors to the bay cannot be accurately described. Great location for a direct walk to downtown Cruz Bay and all restaurants. You have to stay here!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Ventosa. The view was unbeatable. The villa was serene and private with every amenity you could need from beach chairs, to snorkels, to cooking utensils. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and grilling in the evenings. The villa was squeaky clean and exactly as pictured. We love nature and hiking so we appreciated books and hiking guides throughout the home. The hosts were extremely responsive and checked in throughout our stay to ensure all was well. We felt right at home here!

We stayed 12 days and had an amazing experience! The home was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located—super convenient to North Shore beaches and grocery stores. Every beach amenity was available, and we used the provided kayaks and paddle boards throughout our stay. The views were incredible, and the AC was exceptional after long days in the sun. If we return to St. John, we wouldn’t look anywhere else—this will be our go-to spot. Only minor downside was the low water pressure, but it didn’t take away from an otherwise perfect stay.

We absolutely loved our stay in St. John. We were greeted and welcomed and helped every step of the way! We loved the view and the deck and the pool and hot tub were perfect for our teenage daughters. We made special memories together and we will be back!

The view is literally breathtaking! It’s even better in person. We were visiting for our honeymoon and it was the perfect little villa! So beautiful that it’s hard to leave. I would definitely stay again!

Viewtiful lived up to its name. Sunsets, sunrises, sunny days, cloudy days – each hour brought new delights. We never tired gazing from our mountaintop abode. The house itself is wonderfully equipped and laid out. The kitchen had all the tools we needed to cook many meals. The living room was comfortable. The bedrooms were spacious and also afforded lovely views. And the hot tub and pool were most refreshing. The many guidebooks and maps were quite useful as we planned our island adventure. The joys of the house itself were surpassed only by the friendliness, efficiency, competence, and availability of our host, Mary-Eileen and her ever helpful husband, David. Mary-Eileen met us in Cruz Bay and led us to the house, explained and showed us everything, made great recommendations, and kept in touch and responded quickly to any and all queries we had. She is an exemplary host and truly enhanced our holiday. She made a wonderful trip even better than we could have possibly expected.

We stayed with our sons and families, 10 in total, with a 2 and 1 year old. Norman was very helpful in communicating what was available for the little ones and having crib and pack & play set up. We had two levels of house that could be rented separately but we had both connected by outside stairs. We had enough kitchen cookware and utensils to cook breakfast and dinners at the house. The balcony had comfortable furniture and looks out over Magen Bay, which is beautiful. The house was large with lots of room. Living area had comfortable couch for evening family time. The pool wasn’t heated so was a bit chilly but it was December and sun wasn’t hitting it due to its low position in the sky. The hot tub was nice since we could keep it a bit cooler and kids played in it. Location is not walkable but everything was within a quick drive. The house is older but they have updated it and we had no issues. Appliances are newer. Driveway is steep but manageable. Good value for space and pool.

Would love to stay at Tina's place again. It's in a good location, about 10-15 minutes to Cruz Bay. The property is beautiful and Tina was around to help whenever we needed it. Peter the cat was a welcome addition as well!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house is cozy, comfortable, very clean, and spacious enough to accommodate four people with ease. One of its most remarkable features is the spectacular view—it truly enhances the experience and creates a peaceful atmosphere. The house is well-equipped with everything you need to prepare your own meals. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials, making it easy and convenient to cook during your stay. Although the listing mentions self-check-in, a person will be there to greet you upon arrival and guide you safely to the property, as the area can be tricky to access. For this reason, it’s important to coordinate your arrival time in advance It’s also important to note that access to the property requires a high-clearance vehicle, such as an SUV, as the road is unpaved and quite rocky. However, the drive is absolutely worth it. One of our favorite parts of the stay was using the jacuzzi after long days at the beach Recommended

We really enjoyed our week at Casa La Timone! The condo was clean, spacious, and well- stocked with thoughtful extras such as reef- safe sunscreen, travel- sized toiletries, snorkel gear, books, etc. The beds were amazingly comfortable, and having the end condo was an added bonus! We are very familiar with Cowpet Bay and have stayed in many condos, and this was definitely a favorite. Our only complaint (which we had read about, but it was actually a bit more significant than we expected) was the water pressure. It really was impossible to take more than one shower at a time, which was a shame because there were 4 beautiful bathrooms. Plenty of hot water, though! We worked around it and just planned accordingly:). That being said, we hope to be back next year!

This Villa had a million dollar view! Our favorite part of the stay was drinking coffee ☕️ and cocktails on the balcony. We enjoyed the hot tub, saw sea turtles from our vantage point. The jeep is a must for your stay on St. Thomas. The host was very communicative and gave directions and instructions for everything you needed. This ultra modern villa will meet all your expectations and then some. Don't wait to book and secure this stay. You will be glad you did!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My stay at Harmony Hideaway Oceanfront Villa from March 9 to 19, 2025, was absolutely amazing! The villa offered breathtaking ocean views and was perfectly designed for relaxation. The pool and hot tub were clean and inviting, making it the ideal spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The five condos were well-equipped and spacious, providing plenty of room for everyone in our group. The host was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend Harmony Hideaway for anyone looking for a dreamy getaway!

lovely place to stay if you want to get away from it all. People, tourists, noise... none of that here. Granted it's a bit hard to get to. Let me ammend that. Some taxi drivers don't want to go down the hill. In all honesty, the hill was paved & not bad. We missed out on our first night because the initial taxi driver didn't want to take us down and we stayed at a hotel till we found someone who did. Michael. He picked us up and dropped us off whenever we needed to go to town or to the beach. I wasn't comfortable driving on the opposite side of the road. The kitchen is a chef's dream. The bedrooms were great. The living room was lovely. The view stellar. My only negative is the screens in the sliding doors were busted. So we couldn't leave the doors open. We've got mosquito scars to prove it. The hot tub was okay. I wish it could have gotten hotter wasn't sure how to adjust it. the bed in the master was soft, in the other room was firmer. Definitely lovely we'll be back.

Six of us stayed here for two weeks in January, The place had million dollar views from the pool and spa area. The kitchen was set-up with everything you could possibly need (high end pots and pans, utensils, coffee maker, dough mixer, ETC.) - the lay out of the house is perfect with front and rear patios, spacious rooms and closets, and 3+ baths, I am trying to think of what was missing and I keep coming up blank. Other than it was tough to find at first I would rate this place a 10.0 Also I need to mention that the cleaning lady (Jackie) was second to no one. We plan on coming back next year

This is a lovely home with fabulous amenities and an even more fabulous view. Very easy to feel at home, lounge on the deck, and enjoy the pool. However, as older people, the location was a little challenging as we couldn't easily walk anyplace. Since we did not rent a car (recommended), we didn't get out as much as we might have liked. Transport is very expensive (hey, it's the islands), but the local driver for the house (Curlson) was absolutely fabulous, on time, courteous, and helpful at all times. Owners were very responsive to our questions and concerns, and were quick to help us resolve a couple of small maintenance issues. The location is lovely, and it's fun to watch the constant procession of boats and ferries coming into and out of the harbor. Very relaxing vacation.
