Holiday rentals with a patio in Water Island

We had such an amazing time at Monic’s place. It was the perfect relaxing getaway. The view from the balcony overlooking the pool was so stunning The space was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. You can tell Monic really puts love into hosting, she was so helpful and responsive, and made us feel totally at home. Also, the location was great! There were so many good restaurants within a 10–15 minute drive. We tried a few different spots for dinner and every one of them was amazing. We left feeling so relaxed and recharged. Already talking about when we can come back. Highly, highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful spot with unforgettable view

My stay was lovely! A very utilitarian home base to venture out from and explore the lovely island. Hosts were very responsive and kind!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!! The air bnb was just as the host described, in a great location, and the host was super responsive every time we had a question, & also super friendly and helpful. We would definitely book with Selwyn again when coming back to Saint Thomas!

Larik's place was perfect for us. Easy walk to good restaurants and 3 minute drive to Pueblo's grocery store. Clean and the kitchen was perfect for our needs. Can't eat out for every meal, so a well equipped kitchen was important to us. Any questions were immediately answered by Larik. We liked the convenience of being in French town and having a dedicated parking spot was a plus. Six minutes to airport and Lindberg Beach. I would suggest that future guests go to google map and drop a pin on the building immediately to the right of the St. Ann's Chapel. Google map will take you right there. When we return to the beautiful island, hopefully the unit will be available. Thank you Larik for a wonderful week!

This was my second time at Avery’s studio. Avery’s place has always been top notch in cleanliness. It’s a very nice studio with wood vaulted ceilings and nicely decorated. There is a small store half a block away where one can buy water and other supplies. There is also a great bistro half a block away and the times I’ve been there the food has been very good. From Avery’s studio you can walk to downtown where there are restaurants and taxi services that can take you to the beaches. I would definitely recommend staying here, and hope to return. Once I got in, I thought the place was very nice. There were clean linens, towels and washcloths. I was thankful for the kitchenette.

Alexa’s place was amazing. When I first started using Airbnb years ago, this is what it was about. Unique places with tons of character in amazing locations. Alexa was very kind a responsive and we felt right at home. We stayed two nights but I could easily stay a week here just to enjoy the space and tranquility. Really an awesome place!

This place is amazing, the views are to die for. It was clean and quiet. Neighbors quiet as well. Parking spot a little tight but I found that going past and turning around much easier to pull into. Beds were comfy and my husband could not stop talking about the beautiful shower and how much he loved the rain shower facet. Andy is super quick to respond to every message and help out with anything you ask. We will definitely come back to this wonderful paradise cottage. Thanks for a great vacation get away.

Sea La Vie was the perfect St. Thomas escape. The space is clean, stylish, and peaceful, with a fully stocked kitchen that made cooking at home a breeze. The pool area was a highlight – quiet, with plenty of lounge chairs and an incredible ocean view that we never got tired of. The hosts were welcoming and responsive, and the location made it easy to explore beaches, restaurants, and local spots. Whether relaxing by the pool or enjoying dinner on the deck, every moment felt like paradise. Highly recommend!

The place is exactly as pictured. Beautiful interior, comfortable beds, good AC and great view. The owner and manager were very responsive and great to deal with. My only recommendation would be to provide turn by turn directions along with the map as we had a tough time finding the house.

Amazing views in St. Thomas “Villa Vista”! We had a wonderful time at this property, wishing that we were still there. The villa is exactly as described, as well as the pictures. Quiet, private, secure, gated community in Red Rock on the Northside of the island. The beds were all super comfortable and the common spaces were very nice. But really, it’s all about the views from every spot inside the house and as outside in the pool area. The villa has beach towels and chairs as well as coolers to take to the beaches. I cannot say enough positive things about this property! Our host Kristen was absolutely amazing, with quick responses to our questions. I highly recommend this property. You can’t go wrong booking this beautiful home.

My stay at the round house gave me more than I hoped for. It helped me completely heal after a 3 year burnout from work in the short span of 2 weeks. I came here hoping to detach from my past life but I ended up finding a new one - and this place made it easy. The solitude, serenity, views, and surrounding nature make it impossible to not be present. The home itself is furnished well & tastefully, comfy bed, comfy couch, fantastically stocked kitchen & modern appliances - I cooked so many great meals here. I would wake up at 5am every day just so I could see the lights on St. John fade away as the sun rose and shined its rays across the mountains and sea. Towards the end of my trip I would meditate for hours on the surroundings: tropical bird songs, roosters calling to each other across the valley, and the sweet smelling wind that relieves your sun burns - and now I can take this place with me wherever I go. Even having that, I am already looking forward to my next stay here.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful mountain-side condo in St. Thomas! Tucked away in a peaceful, lush setting, the unit offered a private deck with a stunning view of the ocean—a perfect place to enjoy a quiet morning coffee while soaking in the island breeze. Having our own rental car made it incredibly easy to explore, and the location couldn’t have been better. Just a quick 5-minute drive to Magens Bay, 10 minutes to Charlotte Amalie, and about 15 minutes to Red Hook, we were able to reach nearly every beach on the island in 20 minutes or less. It truly felt like the perfect home base for discovering all the beauty St. Thomas has to offer. The condo itself was clean, well-maintained, and felt both safe and secluded. We especially loved the shared pool—most afternoons we had it all to ourselves, which made for a relaxing and luxurious experience. The place was great for our purposes; being close to our daughter’s place and close to Magen’s bay. It was neat, clean and tidy. Loved the big balcony and the breeze!

This condo was absolutely wonderful! My husband and I as well as our 9 month old came to visit St. Thomas for the first time and this was the perfect place to be. Kristin had a pack and play ready for our baby to use along with additional sheets and blankets. It was super clean and had a lot of amenities such as abundant kitchen utensils/pots/pans, beach chairs, beach toys, parking for the car we rented, and of course, super close access to the beach. The view from the condo is amazing. We had rain unfortunately but the view was sill stunning. Kristin was very easy to communicate with and she sent us a list of recommendations nearby as well as the cruise ship schedule which allowed us to see which beaches may be crowded at those times. There are restaurants on site as well as a gift shop and coffee shop. All other attractions and cities are within a short drive from Sapphire Beach which was awesome. We got to go to Carnival nights… so much fun!!

I cannot say enough positive things about David and this place! We got onto the island and long story short we couldn’t stay where we originally booked. This posting was available, it was 7 PM and David not only confirmed my booking within <5 minutes, but he also made sure that the place was unlocked and ready for us. It was clean and so comfortable. The views were INCREDIBLE. absolutely breathtaking. When I return to St. John one day, this is the only place I will consider booking. Highly recommend.

We’d give it 6 stars if we could! Brandon was always super responsive and proactive in his communications. Directions were very clear and easy to understand. The location of this unit within the resort complex was perfect—close to the pool and beach, parking was always available. The unit itself had literally everything we needed to make it feel like a home away from home—very clean, furniture and fixtures in great shape, and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking equipment. The property and unit were exactly as pictured. If we come back to St. Thomas, this is where we would choose to stay again!

Had a great time! It was right above a restaurant and pool. The restaurant was delicious! There was a short walk to the beach with more restaurants and a boutique to shop in. This location was a short ride to red hook with more shopping and places to eat! We had such a fun time staying here. It was well equipped with snorkeling, chairs, and towels for us to use. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience.

John's place was perfect for a getaway. It had everything needed and was a short walk down to some great restaurants, the store and the ferry to St. John. There are lots of taxi to get around the island by the ferry, so commuting was easy if you didn't rent a car. I did regret not getting a car though to do some extra exploration. Would definitely rent from John again though!
