Ground level. Spacious room with a King Bed and a bonus smroom with a ( twin pull out bed) couch and desk/vanity. The sizeable bathroom is freshly remodeled. Kitchenette has a small sink, refrigerator and microwave. It is in a quiet neighborhood only minutes from a rail trail, route 62, interstate 95 route 1 and route 128. Off Street parking. We are 5 miles to Salem Mass, 44 miles to New Hampshire, 77 miles to the cape cod canal, 19 miles to Boston. We are 4 miles to the Beverly train Station.

Private entrance studio apartment, full size bed~ easy access to all major roads on Boston's North Shore & Cape Ann. 10-minute drive to historic Salem, 15 miles to Boston - 1 hr. to Maine & NH. 1-2 guests for short term visits - up to 1 month. Longer term possible. Parking off street for one car. Internet connection & Smart TV but NO cable service. Six steps to the porch entrance. No steps inside apartment. Amenities other than listed include: Iron, table ironing board, toaster & hair dryer.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. A great spot to unwind and experience Cape Ann. You will enjoy the apartment all to yourself. Entrance to the apartment is same level as parking so no stairs. The apartment is located in the basement of our primary residence. The space is located 45 min from Boston and 5 min drive to the commuter rail with access to Boston and Rockport. Additionally, we are a short drive to Gordon and Endicott College.
