We are within walking distance of hiking, ATV and snowmobile trails! A friend once referred to our town as Mayberry. It's definitely a small town where people look out for each other. In the heart of the village, walking distance from local restaurants, brewery's, and shops as well as mountain bike trails. 5 mi from a beach where you can rent canoes/kayaks/paddle boards. Enjoy the slopes, hiking, Ben and Jerry's, local brewery's, or the Vt. landscape, settle in with a warm jacuzzi tub. At the end of the day cozy up on a king sized bed watching Netflix's.

Our home sits in the heart of the historic Waterbury village. It is a Victorian, full of historical charm and warm light. There is off-street parking and a side porch in which to enjoy a cup of coffee. It is in easy walking distance to restaurants, bars, small shops, a grocery store, and pharmacy. We live right off of interstate 89, exit 10, the crossroads between Sugarbush Valley, Stowe, Montpelier, and Burlington. Outdoor entertainment is accessible in all these areas.
