My family absolutely loved Paul’s place. Clean, modern, well stocked and beautifully decorated. The accommodation met and exceeded our expectations. It has to be the best ABNB accommodation we have stayed in. Communication with Paul was professional yet friendly. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Paul’s Rivertrail house.

Amazing stay and a lovely place, tons of amenities! Really close to bus stations and the ION light rail, and very quiet neighborhood. Melody and Fred are also extremely responsive.

This place was awesome for my family of five (including 3 four and under). The location was perfect - central to absolutely everything and my husband and I laughed that we could actually live there, even though it's a two bedroom. Everything was clearly explained and there were local recommendations and the host was very responsive. We stayed for 6 days and easily could have stayed longer if we had the time. couldn't ask for a better spot and would book here again.

Had a great stay - the place is equipped with everything you’d need and we enjoyed watching a movie on the big tv! It was a suite in a home that was very clean. The neighbourhood was quiet and safe also. Had a great stay!

Great space! Very cozy, easily accessible and was pretty quiet despite being on a main road. Comfy beds and super convenient.

This was our second stay with them. The place was clean and comfortable. it felt like a home away from home. When we had an issue our question was answered right away. We highly recommend K-Two.

Stayed here for two nights while attending daughters convocation. Exactly as pictured (kitchen was superb). Hosts were very responsive to questions. Would recommend.

awesome spot. quite magical indeed and i just agree with what most others have said. it was cozy, clean, and quaint, and the location was like its own private island nestled in the city. loved it!

This was a great spot! I drove up from NS and got in very late and the host was super accommodating and I was able to find the place and get in with clear instructions after midnight in the dark! The place was exactly as pictured and very clean. My daughter and new grandson came for a sleepover and after letting the host know and offering to pay for an extra person, she was super sweet and told me to enjoy my visit with my new grandson, no extra charge! It’s a very central location in Kitchener if you know the area and is a quick drive to the highway.

The host introduced us to the amenities in the building and was proactive in helping us book those. Although we didn't get a change to try them, it was very nice of them to offer that. Overall the experience at this apartment was pleasant.

This home was the perfect place for me to stay during a recent conference at WLU! The building is about 1 block away from the school and is a short walking distance to dozens of fantastic restaurants, coffee shops, pubs, etc. The beds were comfortable and the hosts were friendly and very quick and helpful. I would certainly stay here again!

I enjoy staying here when I'm in town, it has a nice layout and kitchen and theres a great grocery store nearby. The front porch overlooks a very peaceful graveyard and its a nice place to relax. Theres always parking on the street and the bike trails are a hundred meters away. Its a great central location.

I spent a week here with my dog and it was one of the most beautiful clean places I’ve ever stayed. Patrick was very nice and friendly and responded very quickly every time I messaged. He also wished me a happy birthday without me even saying it was my birthday, so that was also very kind. I could go on about how wonderful my stay was but the last thing I’ll add is that the instructions on where to go and how to get inside were very thorough and helpful. Will definitely book again if I am in the area!

My mother and I loved staying at this little gem. It covered all our needs, was very clean and decorated beautifully. My mother loved all the art. It didn’t feel like a basement suite with the large windows at the front. Check in was super easy and Alexa is quick to reply with any questions. The location was perfect and central to both Kitchener and Waterloo. Lovely area to take morning walks. The washer and dryer were great to have when my mother spilled her entire coffee on her white pants and we both found the beds very comfortable. Thank you Alexa for the lovely stay. We will be back.

This little apartment is adorable. Claw foot bathtub and older feel is very nice. Super comfy bed, nice couch and tv, and very easy access! Takes about 20 mins to walk to any restaurants but is a nice neighbourhood. I would stay here again.

I could not have asked for a better stay in Kitchener! The apartment was comfortable and had everything you need for a pleasant stay and the view is amazin. Super well located, just minutes from uptown Waterloo or downtown Kitchener and at walking distance from the train station. Nicole was also very responsive and helpful! Overall, one of the best airbnb stays I've had!

This place was very convenient, clean, very well equipped with all you will need (cleaning supplies, shower necessities, all kitchen supplies etc). My only issue was that the pictures show two beds (the description says a double and a single). In fact, they are the same bed with different bedding. There is a love seat that turns into a bed. I had no issues sleeping on it, but if you are picky or tall you might not be able to enjoy it. I did request and additional bed (it was there when I arrived) but it was more like a camping folding cot with a very thin foam. We didn't use it, not comfortable. There are a lot of lock boxes at the building entrance, make sure you ask the host to inform you which is the correct one, so you don't spend a long time looking for the correct one. Additionally, the description also says there is premises parking and street parking. There is only street parking and at times it takes a while to find a spot. A great place and would stay again.

I had a fantastic experience staying at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had everything I needed for a short stay. One of the highlights was the location – close to public transit, local restaurants, and grocery stores, yet peaceful and quiet at night. It felt like a home away from home. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches like extra towels, a guidebook with local recommendations, and fast Wi-Fi. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
