Studio dans une rue calme dans les combles d’un petit château où nous habitons. A 5 min à pied des transports qui offrent un accès direct vers le centre ville (35-40min). Comprend un lit double pour 2 personnes et un canapé lit pour accueillir jusqu’à 4 personnes. (WC et salle de bains séparée)Si souhait d'ouverture du canapé mettre 3 personnes dans la réservation ⚠️c'est au 3e étage et il n’y a pas d’ascenseur. Parking gratuit à 5 min à pied de la maison. ⚠️ pas de visiteurs autorisés la nuit

Pied à terre de 50m2 situé idéalement dans le quartier chic et prisé de l'avenue Louise. Mes amis nomment ce lieu très justement le 'boudoir'. La décoration y est raffinée style Art Déco. De nombreux objets d'art rendent l'endroit inspirant et original. La rue est calme (sens unique, sans tram aux alentours) alors même que le quartier est idéal pour accéder à tous types de restaurants, bars, nombreux magasins ... Accès à pied au quartier des sablons, antiquaires, musées Magritte, Beaux-arts ...

Plus de bruit après 23h, la quiétude du voisinage est une priorité pour moi, de plus, le commissariat de police se trouve à une centaine de mètres donc ....
