The top floor is given over to the main double bedroom with views over the nearby woodland, while downstairs is a bathroom & open plan kitchen/ living area with a sofa bed that can sleep a further 2 people. Average journey into London by train only 20 minutes from Watford Junction or 20 minutes by car. Very convenient for events at the Grove and Wembley Stadium and Arena.

PARKING IS STRICTLY BY ARRANGEMENT The flat is opposite a pub (closed as of Sept 2025). However we have very few reports of noise.
