Monthly Rentals in Watson

Josh and Kate were great hosts - responsive and helpful, from pre-booking right through. The flat is upstairs and quiet and peaceful and well designed for small space comfort. Well appointed too and instructions very clear. (Stairs worth considering carefully with pets… though our small dog was happy to go up the stairs we had to carry her down.) We walked comfortably to friends in Ainslie (20 mins) and Dickson Shops is very local. I’d definitely stay again.

Our 1-week stay was very peaceful and enjoyable. Plenty of space for a couple, we really appreciated the fridge, laundry and pantry items - a very thoughtful touch. The apartment was modern with excellent insulation - double glazed windows and door with shutters meant we were warm in the autumn evenings but the place stayed cool in the warmer days. Beautifully built for solar passive comfort. Very private too. It was right next to some beautiful walks around Mount Majura we saw an echidna and some grey kangaroos and lots of birdlife. Would definitely recommend it and hope to stay again soon.

This is our second time at Alex's place and we really feel so at home, a relaxing place. Alex is an amazing host. She makes sure you're comfortable and you have all the things you need.

This property certainly matches the old adage.... good things come in small packages. Beautifully curated, warm, clean and a perfect space for 2 of us plus our doggie. He loved the front garden to wander. we loved checking out chickens and enjoying their eggs, thanks girls ! A fabulous space. Tku Elise for the thought and care you have put into this tiny, but big on charm home.
