There are so many good things about this places - great location, close to BTS and close to express bus stop, there is a 7-11 in the building and even a night market nearby. The common areas in the building was well equiped and well maintained. The host is helpful, responsive and proactive. AC, water pressure and wifi was also great. A few things we wished we knew - the couch is not the one in the pictures. It was in pretty bad shape and extremely uncomfortable. We ended up just sitting on the floor mostly - There is a shooting range nearby that can be a little noisy during the day 10am-5pm. You are still on a high floor so it didn't bother us much Overall, the place is excellent with great location and host. And is great value for what we paid for

The apartment is great and has everything you need like washing machine and cups/plates. As others have said it’s far from everything but if you use grab bike it’s not too much of an issue. There’s a 7/11 at the end of the lane and the actual apartment building and people are nice. A quiet area to enjoy coming back too.

I had a wonderful stay! The room was good, with a good bed, TV, and internet. The kitchen was nice, equipped with a microwave and a large fridge, plus a good table with chairs. The couch was very comfortable,. The views were amazing! The area, On Nut, is very good lots of restaurants and streetfood nearby, and there’s a 7/11 just downstairs, which is super convenient. The BTS is only a 9-minute walk, making it easy to get around. The host is nice and responds very quickly, making the stay even better. Everything was smooth and comfortable. Very recommend this place!

Excellent value for money for this accommodation where I stayed for a month. Ideal location close to a BTS station and the EmQuartier and EmSphere shopping centers, perfect for exploring the city. The facilities (gym and pool) are really superb and well maintained. Wawa's self check-in instructions were very clear and easy to follow. I highly recommend it for a short or long stay in Bangkok!
