Loft holiday rentals in Wayne County

I had a great stay at Matthew’s place! The upstairs apartment was spotless and in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of local and diverse food and a great grocery store around the corner. Close to all the sights of Detroit, but need a car or need to rely on Uber/ Lyft to get around. Great hosts and would stay here again.

David's place was a perfect location for the training I was in town for. The Q Line which is free was just one block away which was super convenient. The place has a beautiful large window in the front which allows for lots of natural light which I love. Also, David was super accommodating to my late check out request which was really nice and the snacks and water in the suite along with the high tech bed were unexpected bonuses!

Excellent stay in a beautiful loft for anyone passing through Detroit! Thanks again to Don for the hospitality!!

Such a great space! Loved walking to area spots like Cold Truth and Sous Terre. We also enjoyed the balcony! Very comfortable for downtime, too.

Our stay at Don's place was great! The space is big and matches the pictures well. Everything was neat and clean and we had all the necessary amenities. The best part was the Ninja blender, we were able to make smoothies each morning. Area is highly walkable with the Eastern Markets nearby and the Dequindre Cut Greenway which leads to the waterfront in super nice. Several walkable food and coffee options. Don was great and responsive to all of our questions. Easy check in and check out. Would definitely stay again!

The place is really comfortable and just as the pictures (with the most comfy beds ever!). The location is great, with numerous restaurants and shops nearby. Parking was free and accessible. My only observation is that you need to complete a form and share your ID and other personal info before check-in. Additionally, you are required to do a little bit of cleaning yourself on top of the cleaning fee, by stripping all used beds and putting all towels in the washing machine and starting it with a pod, which delayed my check-out time. But highly recommend!!

Arian was a wonderful host! She gave wonderful recommendations of cool places to check out while in town. She even instacarted fresh towels upon arrival ! We had an amazing experience and hope to book with Arian in the future! Very well worth it!

Betty’s Place was incredibly clean, accommodating and well worth the price. The space felt like home away from home. The excitement of the nearby downtown added to the experience and the river walk being so close was top notch. During our stay we had a few questions and Betty was quick to respond and never left us hanging. We can’t wait to travel back to Detroit and stay at Betty’s place again and would recommend this air bnb to others.

Great place to stay in Dearborn! Super convenient location with tons of stuff around. Apartment is very nice and clean. Sharon is a great host and made sure we had everything we needed.

Lauren’s place was exactly as described. Comfortable bed, hot showers, great accommodation for our one-night stay in Detroit.

The outside was a bit sketch when approaching from the entrance, but once around the backside it was much improved. The place was safe, comfortable, very quiet and truthfully we saw very few people. All in all, it was within walking distance of many great places. I would rec staying here.
