Holiday rentals with a sauna in Wealden District

From booking to check in and check out the hosts were excellent at communicating. The apartment was described accurately, very clean, well stocked kitchen, felt very homely and although we knew the location, it's within walking distance of the town, near Little Chelsea, restaurants and bars and the seafront and theatres. We would certainly book again and would recommend to anyone. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Eastbourne

We had such a wonderful weekend away here! The space was bright, comfortable and beautifully decorated. It was a few minutes walk from shops, bakeries, cafes and other delicious places to eat - not to mention right next to the beach! It was a 15-20 min walk from the centre/theatre/main restaurants too which was really lovely. Juliette was friendly and responsive - the perfect host!

We needed a place to stay for 1 night on way to Heathrow airport to see friends in Epson. The Barley Mo pub is less than a minute walk and was wonderful for a drink and dinner. The apartment was clean and comfortable and problem free and the host responsive. All good for what we wanted.

We needed somewhere close to our relatives over Christmas so the location was exactly where we needed and super convenient. It was nice being near the high street with local coffee shops and etc within walking distance and very nearby parking was a big plus too. The hosts were very responsive and so helpful, not only with getting a travel cot organised and a hairdryer located but also dropping back an item we left at the property. Thank you! We’ll most certainly be back and look forward to it! :)

Had a lovely stay here as a part of a small hen celebration. Hosts were great in the lead up with all my questions and also prompt to response during our stay too. Great location, great value for money. Definitely recommend :-)

We loved this place. Walkable to multiple restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and the Southeastern train station to central London. Had access to two private back yards/patios and an indoor pool. Off street parking in front of the home. Plenty of room for my wife and two adult children. We were even visited by green parakeets several times during our stay. Jean was onsite and answered all our questions and provided extra supplies.

For those looking for a tranquil place to rest after a day exploring Brighton and Hove, I couldn't recommend Kate's place more strongly. Cleverly designed and with everything you could possibly need for your visit, this hidden get-away, right in the centre of Hove, is the perfect base for you to explore the city. Super-responsive and very welcoming, Kate will ensure that your stay is both comfortable and relaxing - and will happily offer advice on the best of what the area has to offer.

Great location, close to everything you need, would 100% stay again. Great hosts, great communication through out our stay.

It was an absolute pleasure staying with Rosanna and Lee! They are incredibly kind and helpful, and their adorable dog Saffy and sweet cat Natural made me feel even more at home. I’m so happy to be their very first guest and absolutely worth it. Their home is filled with art, warmth, and love. The bathroom was spotless, full of natural light, and the whole house had such a cozy, welcoming vibe. I had full access to the kitchen and all facilities, and every morning I woke up to the cheerful sound of birds singing. One of my favorite moments was spending peaceful time in the backyard, playing ball with Saffy, it really felt like I had my own little home in London. Thank you for everything!

I had a lovely stay for a couple of nights in Brighton where there were plenty of restaurants and activities within walking distance! Bernd was a friendly host meeting us on arrival and showing us around the property. He was always responsive with messaging and great with our check-in times. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would come back again!

Everything was as it was described. Really easy check in. Parking was great but eventually we found so near by.

I had a wonderful 3-day stay at Shoga’s place in Wimbledon. The rooms were comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day out. The bathrooms were modern and equipped with everything needed for a hassle-free stay. One of the best parts was the location — just a short walk to Wimbledon Underground Station, which made getting around super convenient. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone!

We had a really good time at Kati's place. She is so sweet and she welcomed us so warmly that we felt like we were friends for a long time although we had just met each other. The place is really confortable, well decorated, well arranged. The room as well, the sheets were like cream for our tired legs ^^". No doubt we'll come back here for another occasion in Dorking. Kiitos again Kati for everything :) <3

I stayed at Tony's apartment when I moved to London. my first 6 days were at his and he made sure I got a great welcome to the city. his place is near the commons and has a faraway dreamy vibe but has bus stop right outside his place. the station is a twelve minute walk. and it has a cute little convenience store in walking distance. his place looks better in real than the listing. and Tony is incredibly friendly, thoughtful and helpful while being mindful of the privacy of his guests. thank you for a great stay..and I would highly recommend it✨

A lovely cozy beautiful home. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Very convenient to travel to London. The Neighbourhood is nice with lots of restaurants and open spaces. Hampton court, river Thames all are few meters around. Ziggy, the house cat is almost an ideal cat. Kids loved having him around. Totally recommend this place. Thanks Alex and family

Family trip with another family to celebrate a 50th birthday. Helpful and informative comms from Julia including some great tips on where to visit. A lovely sized and well equipped contemporary house which was perfect for our stay. Kids loved the trampoline and huge cinema like TV. 5yr old loved the dinosaur bed and toys. We loved the super comfy bed and the later check out.

This is an amazing and beautiful eco property. Ivana and John have spent a lot of time carefully considering so many aspects of their beautiful home. The location is so peaceful. The beautiful aspect across their garden meant you could see wildlife and bunnies and beautiful sunrises. 🌅 All beds were super comfy. The wood burner was cozy. The sofa was great for a family and their TV stereo set up was brilliant. There are ALOT of lights etched to get used to, that create mood lighting in each room and Ivana manages the heating of the property remotely.

Nina and Alex were extremely helpful fom start to finish - from flexible check in and great instructions pre-arrival, help with parking and local advice, through suggesting migraine remedies (over and above) and flexible checkout. Helpful, jolly and available throughout :) The house is wonderful - three stories with sunny patio, many pleasant bedrooms and amazing amenities. Table tennis, table football, huge TV and all possible comforts in a beautifully designed family home. It's a five minute walk from the beach, and three minutes walk from a bank of shops, cafes and restaurants that served us well on day one before we started exploring, and of course after that you have all of Brighton and Hove to play with. Strong recommend :)

Stunning property with a lovely garden. A great place for a weekend getaway. It was lovely relaxing stay for me and my friends.

Absolutely beautiful accommodation, first class. Emma was extremely helpful and has the most wonderful home. Very warm and cosy and a wonderful setting.

Not one for long reviews, however.. I can honestly say this is the best Airbnb property I have ever stayed in and I couldn’t think of anything that could be improved. Every little detail you could think of was thought about. Arrived on the hottest day of the year so far and was welcomed with a full fridge with two cold beers in it! If you are a home cook like myself there is a fully stocked kitchen with spices, oils, butter, cheese and everything you need to get going. I couldn’t recommend this place more to anyone looking for somewhere local to stay.

Went for the hot tub and sauna after the hike, working very well and quiet neighbourhood.
